Coochy Shave Cream is an all-over shaving lotion and conditioner. It can be used to shave any surface you can think of: legs, underarms, pubic area, face, etc. Coochy is pretty straightforward and easy to use. Simply moisten the area you'd like to shave, apply the cream, and shave. You will probably have to wipe off excess cream when you are finished. This product also doubles as a hair conditioner. Simply apply to wet hair, allow it to soak in for up to five minutes, and rinse.

Coochy Shave Cream can be used as a part of your personal grooming routine or as foreplay for couples who are interested in erotic shaving.

The texture of Coochy Shave Cream is best described as creamy and silky. It has a decent consistency that is neither too thick nor too runny. I would say Coochy is comparable to a heavy hair conditioner. When you open the bottle, you don't have to worry about accidentally pouring out the entire thing.

When applied to the skin, it spreads nicely and tends to stay in place (just make sure you're standing away from the flow of the water if you shave in the shower because it will wash right off). It does not feel at all sticky or greasy, just soft and smooth. It is not necessary to use a large amount of Coochy; a penny-sized dollop should be good for most people.

I chose to get the original, "unscented" version of this product as I thought the scented versions might not be good for regular use in an intimate area. Coochy Shave Cream Original Scent has a very fresh smell to it. The scent is slightly soapy, which smells rather clean and refreshing. While the smell does linger on the skin for a little while after shaving, it is not overwhelming. The original scent is definitely gender-neutral and appropriate for anyone.

I have not tasted Coochy Shave Cream and I recommend you refrain from doing so as well. As far as I know, it is not intended for consumption.

The cream's smoothness aids your razor in gliding over the skin, which helps to reduce irritation. It is usually necessary to wash or wipe off some excess cream when you're finished shaving. Coochy also leaves your skin feeling super soft afterwards because of its conditioning and moisturizing properties.

Because it is so thick, Coochy does tend to clog the razor blade. Be sure to rinse frequently.

Although the bottle seems small, especially when compared to other shaving products, Coochy lasts for a long time. As I mentioned above, you do not need to use a large amount of this product when shaving, so it is definitely possible to make your cream last even with regular use. I've had my bottle for about a month now and I'm not even a quarter of the way through it (with use one to three times per week).

I find the Coochy bottle to be rather elegant. It is pink and grey with an image of a woman's crossed legs in the background. Although the packaging does not immediately make one think of sex or a sex shop, I wouldn't necessarily describe it as discreet. The "front" of the bottle contains the phrases "Classic Erotica" and "All Over Body Shave Cream," which definitely reveals its sexual purposes if you put the two together. Therefore, when I'm living at home, I make sure to keep the bottle out of the shower because it's not something I really need my parents to investigate. When I'm at school, I leave it in the shower because I know my roommates wouldn't care if they noticed it.

The "back" of the bottle has a basic description of the product, lists the ingredients, and has instructions for both shaving and using Coochy as a conditioner.

The small four-ounce bottle is perfect for traveling. It can be easily slipped into a cosmetics or toiletries bag. The cap is tight and there is no need to worry about it leaking all over the place. I've brought it back and forth between school, home, and my boyfriend's place without a problem.

The bottle is plastic, so when you use it all up, please recycle.

The best advice I can give for using Coochy is to take your time and be patient. Also, be sure to use a fresh razor blade and trim hair down to a very short length with either an electric razor or scissors if you're going to be shaving sensitive areas. Coochy is not a magical product that automatically removes all of your shaving woes, and you should still take the same precautions as usual.

I only use Coochy for shaving my nether region as it is the only area where I have sensitive skin. While Coochy is certainly good for shaving other areas of the body, I stick to regular shaving cream or hair conditioner (I always seem to run out of shampoo first and feel bad throwing away the extra conditioner) for my underarms and legs so that I can make my bottle of Coochy last as long as possible.

When I had used traditional shaving products for my pubic area, I was always left with a terrible, itchy rash, even when using products designed for sensitive skin. When I found Coochy on Eden and read the plethora of positive reviews, I figured it wouldn't hurt to use some points and try it out.

Coochy definitely works much better for me than anything else I've tried. As my skin is pretty sensitive, I do get some minor irritation and occasional bleeding with Coochy, but it is much less than I experienced before. This factor alone makes it a worthwhile purchase. My favorite part of Coochy Shave Cream is how soft it leaves my skin after use. It is an excellent moisturizer.

This product is not some magical, perfect elixir, but it is definitely an improvement. I might end up exploring other intimate shaving products when I manage to finish my bottle of Coochy, but I am not at all dissatisfied with the product. Coochy, for the most part, does exactly what it claims.
