Pros
Smells great, stone works wonderfully, moisturizing.
Cons
Cream absorbs quickly into skin.
The Jimmyjane Contour I Beyond Euphoric sensory set is pure luxury at its finest. The set comes with a double-fired porcelain massage stone and a massage cream made of body-friendly ingredients. When the Jimmyjane set arrived I was very impressed with their minimal and classy packaging with the Jimmyjane logo printed on the front.
The Contour I stone has a silky smooth white glaze that is perfect except for the one necessary firing contact on one of the ends. I will admit the massage stone looked a little odd when I first opened the package, but once put to use I discovered that its design is absolutely perfect for a variety of massage techniques.
The Contour I massage stone is incredibly lightweight, but at the same time doesn’t feel as though it will break when pressure is applied to it during the massage. It’s also relatively small measuring only about 5” long which makes it easy to handle if you have smaller hands or if you are trying to concentrate the massage to a specific area of the body. It also makes you feel like you have more control over exactly what the stone is doing instead of feeling like the stone is rolling wherever it wants to go.
In using the stone itself, Jimmyjane has a variety of recommendations on techniques to use. Some of the ones I like are as follows:
1) Set the stone on the recipient’s body and place your hand on the thin neck in the middle of the stone. While applying light pressure, roll the stone over the body. This is great for beginning and massage and getting the muscles to relax.
2) Hold one of the round ends in the palm of your hand, support the neck of the stone with your thumb and fingers and use the round end that is not in your palm to massage the recipient. This works best with light to medium pressure. I like to use this to massage up and down the spine.
3) Hold one of the round ends in your fingers and thumb and use your palm to lightly support the rest of the stone. This is best used for deeper pressure because there is no strain on the neck of the stone, so pressing hard won’t harm it in any manner. I like using this technique to massage out certain difficult muscles, like the muscles in the shoulders.
The massage cream that comes with the set is made from multiple nourishing oils such as ylang ylang oil from Madagascar, and Coconut and Monoi oils from Tahiti. That with the plant extracts added makes it the Rolls Royce of moisturizers for your skin. The cream smells great, but the scent is not overpowering, so if you’re a person who is usually sensitive to strong smells this would be a good choice.
The cream glides on wonderfully, but it does tend to absorb into the skin rather quickly. This makes it a wonderful moisturizer, but it doesn’t quite work out as a cream for massage. After using the cream during a massage for about 7 minutes it had already absorbed all the way into my skin. To make sure it wasn’t just my skin sucking up all the moisture, I also tried it on my partner and it absorbed on him just as quickly as it did on me. We ended up finishing the massage quickly because of the absorption, but if you want the massage to last longer you could always add some of the oil of your choice.
Jimmyjane says in their pamphlet that the stone can be used internally or externally, but I found the shape a little to be odd to be enjoyed vaginally and Jimmyjane recommends not using it anally, so I would recommend just keeping it to use as a basic massage stone. The cream can also be used around the vulva as it is glycerin and paraben free, but it does contain oils, so I would advise you to keep it out of the vagina as it may not flush out easily.
As far as being an aphrodisiac, I don’t know if we are just easily turned on or if the massage cream was the one doing the magic but something worked well. So if you’re looking for a nice romantic evening this would be a good choice. I also used the stone on my own arms, legs and stomach and definitely think that you could use this on yourself without a problem, so if you live by yourself this would still be a nice set for you.

Experience
I have also used the cream in the mornings as a normal lotion and it keeps my skin from drying out while walking to classes in the cold wind. If you live in a cold part of the world, I would really suggest getting this as it's much better than all of the other expensive lotions I have tried in the past for hydrating my skin and keeping it that way.
