Sensual bath candles
Six rose scented candles that float gracefully on water...what a great way to start an intimate evening with your lover. My husband and I love these candles. They smell lovely, they are inexpensive, and they are so beautiful and sensual. We will be buying more!

What lowers stress better than a nice bath and a candle|Sensual bath and massage fantasies? How about candles that float in your bath? I purchased these floating rose candles for my 5th Anniversary in the orange color. They are a soft peach color that matches my wedding colors exactly. I am not sure exactly what I was expecting, but I was impressed with these candles. They lit easily and floated nicely. The gentle glow from the flames bounced off the water and dispersed through the area sensually and gracefully. The smell of roses was lovely, but a little strong right out of the package. The quality of these candles was quiet good. The petals were quite detailed and pretty, without any crumpled or ugly spots.
The candles stay upright in the water, but you do need to use some caution so you don’t cause them to capsize. We climbed in the tub then placed the candles on the water and lit them. Slight movements would cause the candles to wobble some and one did get doused in water and went out. They would not work for sex in the water, but for sensual kissing or other gentle play they work well. The water creates a mirror effect and provides a good amount of light. Obviously it wouldn’t be possible to use these and bubble bath. We used the candles for some nice mood setting and relaxation and blew them out after about 30 minutes (they are supposed to burn for a full 90 minutes, and I will do a follow up when I have used them up and can attest to that amount of time or not). I put the bubble bath in after we were done with the candles and they were taken out. They seemed to be lasting pretty well, and I will use the same candles again. They aren’t as pretty now that the wax in the center has melted and lost the original petal shape, but they still smell lovely. If you don’t want to use them in the tub they work well in a bowl of water. I would suggest a clear glass bowl for aesthetic reasons.
I have no idea what all is in these candles as the packaging did not say. Edenfantasys lists them as being Palm Wax based|Floating roses, so I would guess that they are a mix, with Palm Wax being the main one. I thought they burned pretty clean, as there was no smoke or soot that I could see with my naked eyes.
I did notice that they tend to drip some when the water becomes more turbulent and some drips off the side as the candle tipped. I doubt they would drip if used in a bowl of water. This is a small complaint for me considering that I paid $5.00 for six candles. I really love these candles and will be buying more when I’ve used these up.

On a side note, sounds like the anniversary weekend went off well? ;) Forum post! Forum post! :P
Yes the Anniversary weekend went great. It was so hard saving some products for two weeks until the big day, but it was worth it!
