The Dona sensual chromotheapy bath treatment is made by System Jo. There is a whole line of products to choose from in this line. This is supposed to relax your mind while enjoying a nice relaxing bath with some color added to it. Each scent has their own color. Both men and women can enjoy using this product.

As with any product make sure you do a spot test to make sure you are not allergic to it. Especially since the line claims to be all natural.

The ingredients in this product are:
Purified Water (Aqua), Fragrance, PPG-25 Buteth-26, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexlglycerin, May Contain: FD&C Red #40, FD&C Green #4, FD&C Yellow #5, FD&C Yellow #6, FD#C Blue #1.

If you are wondering what chromotheapy is, it is another word for color therapy. There are different chakras to each color. Here is a break down of each of them.

First - Red - Base of the spine
Second - Orange - Lower abdomen, genitals
Third - Yellow - Solar Plexus
Fourth - Green - Heart
Fifth - Blue - Throat
Sixth - Indigo - Middle of the Forehead
Seventh - Violet - Crown of the Head

For now I don't know if it helped with my chakra until I can get in and really relax but the thought seems awesome. Too bad it is discontinued now I would have like to try the others.

This has a little bit of an oily feel to it but it is not too bad. It kind of reminds me of food coloring but for the water. The color I received for the Goji Berry was yellow but it looked closer to an orange to me. It comes out of the bottle easily so be careful when pouring this. The product will not stain your tub, but if you get it on your skin it will stain it until you rinse it off. It does not make the tub slippery.

The scent of this is Goji Berry. It smells like sweet berries. As I have said before this is a new product being introduced in the states. It is not too strong and comes out light in the clothes. Do not ingest this product. It is for external purposes only.

There are different scents for each color so they each have their own functions and here is what those are.

Acai - Purple - To enhance creativity
Blue Lotus - Blue - To relax and create peacefulness
Camu Camu - Green - To create clarity and give a sense of renewal
Goji Berry - Yellow - To stimulate the brain and libido
Mangosteen - Orange - To remove inhibitions
Pomegranate - Red - To create positive energy and fight fatigue

The products in the chromotherapy line do not do anything for your skin and it is not meant to do anything for it. This is only a mood enhancer.

I have said a couple times I do not really know if it helped me relax in any way. I used it one time to just see how the water would look with it in there. I could not really enjoy my bath on that day and was out quick. I will try it again and see if it does anything and give a follow up review. Despite that I still enjoy the smell of the scent I chose and just relaxing in that alone is great, who does not enjoy a time to soak in the tub?

Again this comes out of the tub easily and will not leave a ring around it. It is easy to get off the skin.

The packaging on this was not as pretty of the rest of the line. It came with a grey label that had the same snake skin print but not as pretty as the others. It had all the information on it as well. The cap is twistable so you could put this in a bag and take with you or get a container to pour it into and put it in your travel.
