Pleasure enhancing gel review
The Pleasure Enhancing Gel works as a basic lubricant but does little else. Though it is advertised as a pleasure enhancer and warming gel, it doesn't do anything of the sort.
Published:
Pros
Works as a basic lubricant, somewhat palatable flavor
Cons
Doesn't do anything, very runny, the scent stays stay on your hands even after washing
I was excited when I got the Pleasure Enhancing Gel|Pleasure enhancing gel in the mail. My partner has sensitivity issues, so I wanted one of the first things we tried out to be something for her.
I was somewhat surprised when I opened the box to find how small the tube was, but I shrugged; quality over quantity is better in my book. It was only a few days before Valentine's Day, so I decided to wait to see if it worked for her, sort of a Valentine's present.
When I got some private time, I wanted to make sure it wouldn't do anything like burn, as some products that claim "warming sensations" have been known to do. I decided to try it on myself.
First, since the product claims to be good for any erogenous zone, I tried it on my nipples. I waited for something to happen. Anything. But it just sat there, feeling cold and little else.
I thought maybe it was possible that I just wasn't sensitive enough, so I moved on and used some on my clitoris. I have used lubricants before that have claimed the same sensations as this one - cooling, then warming - so I know what they should do and not do, but this one in particular did nothing. Nothing at all.
I didn't notice a change in the intensity or ease of my orgasm either. I clung to the last bit of hope that it might still work for my partner, but I was disappointed when she said she hadn’t felt a change either. It didn’t really do any of the things it claimed to do but worked sufficiently as a very basic lubricant. Since it is water based, it’s safe for latex and easy to clean up, but that’s about the only good thing about it. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money on this unless you are in a pinch.
