Organic lip balm review
I found this to be one of the better lip balms I have encountered in quite some time. I do like that it is organic, but at the time that I purchased it, that wasn't my main priority. I got it because I was looking for a way to keep my lips moisturized, and this has exceeded my expectations.

Pros
Doesn't leave lips feeling greasy.
Softens lips.
Softens lips.
Cons
Pricey.
The EOS Summer Fruit Organic Lip Balm is a good lip balm, though a bit pricey. Evolution of Smooth is a company that I really like, so I was excited when I found this lip balm. My lips tend to stay chapped, and I have tried quite a few lip balms for this, and so far this has been one of my favorites. I do like the fact that it is organic, but that wasn't too important to me at the time that I bought it.
The lip balm is slightly scented. To me the scent wasn't to strong, but the taste of it was. Though it does smell slightly like fruit, it doesn't taste like fruit. It just tastes very sweet. The sweetness was so strong that when my partner kissed me, he even commented on how sweet it was. At times, the overly sweet taste could be bothersome to me because one of my problems with having chapped lips comes from compulsively licking and biting at my lips when I'm nervous, and the sweetness made that much worse for me.
As for moisturizing though, it was very good at that. I have been using this product everyday for about two weeks, and my lips have been less chapped. I like that, and my partner likes it as well, since my lips are softer. The Shea butter in it is very noticeable to me. I tend to use a lot of products that use Shea butter and found that I really like that it was included in this lip balm. I also like that, unlike most lip balms I have tried, this doesn't leave my lips feeling greasy, but rather it leaves them feeling soft and smooth.
One thing that I had to get used to was the shape of the container; the spherical shape is very interesting, and I did like that the shape made it easier to find when it was in my makeup bag or in my purse. It is an odd shape, so it was harder for me to lose. Overall, I really liked this lip balm.
