"Ooh yummy but what in the world is that floating in there??"
I've looked for a product like this for a long time. When I happened upon this kissable body spray I thought I had found what I had long searched for. And I did, but unfortunately the sweet scent and even sweeter taste is tarnished by an unexplainable issue of something floating around in the bottle.

Pros
Yummy scent, very little aftertaste, and no sticky residue
Cons
Odd bits of paper (?) floating in the bottle...
I like body spray; but I usually have to be careful where I spray it because if I spray it on high kissing traffic areas I find my husband is turned off by the bitter taste of my sprays and I get less kisses there. Not a good thing since I like kisses on my neck and chest and that's usually where I apply my body sprays. I happened upon Delicious Kisses and figured I'd give it a try. This is a body spray that tastes sweet and is something that can be licked and kissed with no bitter taste. There's a lot of scent/flavors to choose from, but there were only two in stock when I ordered so I chose Peach.
When the bottle arrived my first impression was that it looked kind of cheap and tacky. I'm pretty big on product presentation. If something looks cheesy it is a bit of a turn off. But, of course packaging isn't everything so I ignored the cheesy picture of the bottom half of a woman in a panties or a bikini..whatever it is. The bottle, if you ignore the writing on it and the drawing of the lady in her panties, looks just like any other bottle of body spray.
Upon closer examination I was even more turned off by floating bits in the bottle. I didn't know what they were and so I shook the bottle, thinking maybe the ingredients had separated. That wasn't the case, as the particles were still there. It looked almost like bits of paper. I ended up getting out a strainer with very small holes and strained it out into a cup and then poured the liquid back into the bottle. This got rid of most of the floaty bits but not all. I examined what was left in the strainer and it looks and feels like soaked paper. I'm not quite sure how paper got into this bottle..but that is what it appears to be to me. Still, the idea of mystery floaty bits in my body spray isn't very attractive and I doubt I'll ever even get my husband to kiss me if he knows I am wearing this now. I'm pretty sure that's just irrational because I don't actually think it's anything dangerous but he's kind of one of those "you never know" type people, and to an extent I guess I am too.
I did try it out though, I really think it was just paper and the ingredients don't seem harmful.. There is just water, natural and artificial flavors, potassium sorbate, FD&C red no. 40 and Yellow no. 5. So, I sprayed it on my body and it smelled more like an orange creamsicle then it did peach. If I get close to my arm where it's sprays I can almost pick up a peaches and cream scent. It is definitely not a natural smelling spray, it definitely smells artificial. When tasting it (I had to taste it myself..the husband was weirded out by the mystery floaters) and it tasted just sweet but the scent gives you the idea that it tastes like peaches and cream candy. Kind of like those creamsaver candies. That's what it most reminds me of. There is a slight aftertaste and I only licked my skin once with it, I imagine if you used this with the intent of a partner licking or kissing more of it there would be more of an aftertaste.
It goes on clear, it is not greasy in the slightest and it is not sticky at all. The packaging says that it is non-staining as well, which is pretty awesome. The liquid itself is a light orange color, but when it's dispersed it comes off as clear. I actually think I'd love this product a lot if it wasn't for whatever it is that is floating in the bottle. It's like a mix between paper and some kind of fabric bits, not sure what in the world that could actually be. It's good that this does not stain and that it comes off clear as I think I'll be using the rest of this 4 oz. bottle, because I do like the peaches and cream/creamsicle scent, but I'll be applying it in my hair (if you do this lightly it doesn't weigh it down or make it gross at all), or on top of clothing. The particles I'm 99% sure are just paper of some sort but since I don't know I don't feel comfortable with this on my skin or in my mouth too often.

Floaty bits is a deal breaker! Thanks for the review.

I agree--while I give you a huge thumbs up for not throwing away the whole bottle because of the floating particles, I'd be pretty weirded out about it myself.
