System JO Glide Massage Oil is a glide/lube meant for both massage and personal lubrication. It's long lasting formula insures that you hardly ever have to reapply. In fact, I had an hour long massage and never had to reapply! I can't say that for any of my other massage oils. Additionally, I can use this for a great genital massage. Normal oils can't be used on those sensitive parts but System JO is made for the entire body, including the genitals. In fact, you can just skip the massage and go straight for the lube aspect. It's perfect for anyone, beginners and advanced users alike. Additionally,it's condom safe!

Ingredients include, clycopentasiloxane, cyclotetrasiloxane, dimethiconol, dimethicone, and citrus officinalis. If you are sensitive to citrus, steer clear.

System JO is relatively thick as massage oils go. Even so, it runs over the body a bit, so you have to be careful and get it rubbed around quickly. The lube warms to the touch of your partner very quick and is therefore quite comforting. Although it does absorb into the skin it won't absorb all the way, leaving a greasy feel. You may need to shower after a massage or sex.

The bottle is spill proof and comes with a flip top lid which can be opened with one hand.

JO has not a citrus aroma but peppermint. Because of the peppermint you would think it would be cooling but it's really not. It's just sort of a sense teaser. The aroma is extremely light and could be used as a perfume. As with most JO products you should not ingest this massage oil.

JO is the best massage oil I have found thus far. My boyfriend decided to treat me with a massage and lubed up my entire back. His hands slid over my skin effortlessly providing me with a wonderful massage without any friction. His hands gently warmed the oil, relaxing my muscles and setting the mood. Once he was finished we used the oil as a lube and melted into sexual bliss. Although the oil does not claim to be sensation enhancing, we did have some of the best sex ever.
