Cons
Time intensive, requires area with good ventilation
A couple good friends of mine and I are huge fans of this liquid latex: creating sexy, unique outfits from practically nothing. And leaving practically nothing to the imagination.
Through trial and error (and some reading of the included instructions), we've learned handy tips for integrating this latex into your life.
Paint in a well ventilated area. You may not be able to go outdoors to do this, if you've got nosy neighbors, for instance. But still try to pick a room with opened windows. It takes away a little of the intimate sexiness of having your partner paint you, but at least you'll have enough brain cells left over afterwards to remember why you started.
If you're painting a body or region of the body with a lot of hair, shave ahead of time. For many women this won't be an issue: you can safely apply the latex onto your stomach, chest back, etc, without fear. I've even had my arms painted without ill effect. But then, I'm not very hairy to begin with. Other friends tried the same thing and were in serious pain when trying to remove the paint later.
Lotion up before applying the paint. This protects your skin and makes removal a much smoother, cooler process. You can choose to have the paint come off in long, weird-looking pieces or you can sluff it off in little bits. To achieve the former, lotion ahead of time and apply multiple coats of the paint.
If you want to make a work of art out of this venture, have a plan ahead of time. Know what you want to paint and where. Fortunately, if you mess up, it's pretty easy to fix: just wait until the paint dries and peel it off. Or, if you're just looking for some fun with a partner, wanting to feel the cool sensations of being painted, drying and peeling it off, then just go to it free-style.
Being painted can be time-consuming and boring, so make sure you're in a comfortable position that can be maintained for the time required to apply and dry multiple coats. You can add a BDSM angle by demanding your sub stay perfectly still while you paint them. Moving around while the paint is still wet might mean one painted limb touching another painted limb and ruining the nice smooth surfaces on both.
Finally: once you've painted on the design of your choice, slathered on enough layers to make the paint thick and let it dry (give it a good 20 minutes at least), then you're free to move around. You can prance around in a latex paint outfit for HOURS. As long as you don't get sweaty or run around getting extremely physical, it will stay in place. Or you can let your partner rip the paint off. It's an extremely fun experience, very primal, yet child-like. You'll have to try it for yourself!
