My favorite attachment is the wide nubbed. It feels like tons of little fingers dancing across me. It is also wonderful for scalp massages. Oh, it feels so good!

I personally did not achieve genital pleasure because it is just too heavy for me to enjoy myself, but it can be possible for others. It just depends on tolerance for weight.

Each attachment is very different and can be enjoyed in many ways.

I didn't like using this at first as a sex toy. I thought it was too heavy and hard to use as a toy. I have played with over 100 times now and feel different about it. The InfraRed Massager is really intense. I love strong vibrations and it is not lacking at all, plus it heats! I did finally find one attachment that I like for clitoral stimulation. The buffer attachment is a circle shape and doesn't have any crazy shape going on. I use that for stimulation and the intense vibrations make it extremely easy to squirt. I kind of have become obsessed with its power. It is heavier than the average massager and my arms do get tired sometimes, but I still like. It's a good quality product and is excellent for body massaging. As a sex toy, it took some time to get used to, but if you like strong vibes... I 100% recommend this product.
