This is an amazing product and helps a lot! It works really well on any area of the body. It is intended for use as a heating pad or a warm massager. It looks like a heart with a pink gel-like material in it. To use this product you have to break and bend the little silver metal circle within the gel and it starts to expand the heat and heats up within seconds. It's good for sore muscles and achy pain that won't go away. It's also good to use as a nice massage for you or your partner. My body and aching muscles absolutely loved this because its warmth took the pain away right away and it felt so good. I use this product as much as I have a chance to so I will never have pain or aches in my muscles again.

You can use this straight on your body or if you prefer, you can use a little massage oil; it feels great and it's sexy, too. It is made out of a rubber-like material and it's really smooth. It feels very soothing on your body during use. You don't necessarily have to clean this unless you choose to because there is no need to do so. One thing that I don't like about this product is that you must boil this before using it again to get the gel to soften back up and the metal plate to be re-bendable after the first use.

When I was pregnant I found this really useful because I went to work and came home in lots of pain; every muscle in my body was sore. I took this and had it sit on all different kinds of muscles and massaged it into my skin. It felt great! I'm very glad my mother bought this for me at a lingerie party because she thought I could use it for my menstrual cramps and boy it works for just about anything.

I still like this massager and my woman still does, too. It really does help with soreness and back pains or cramps. I would highly recommend it for pregnant women.
