More uses than you think!
This is fabulous. You can reuse it, it gets really hot, and you can use it in the shower, for massaging your partner, for keeping warm, and many other things!

Pros
Reusable, gets nice and warm, stays warm for a while
Cons
You have to boil it for 10 minutes to reuse it
The heart warmer was something I fell in love with when I saw the demonstration during a Pure Romance party. They cost $15 at PR. I was absolutely thrilled to find them on EF for cheaper, and without the label written all over the heart itself.
The heart warmer comes in red, pink and purple. There is a metal disk on the inside that, when pinched or popped, activates the heart. You'll see a foggy thicker liquid spread inside the heart as it heats up. Be careful, as this heart can reach 120F degrees. Initially, the warmer is a clear liquid on the inside, tinted the color of the heart that you chose, you'll want to knead it and make sure it's evenly spread throughout the heart. It lasts about an hour, before it hardens up and becomes a solid. You'll then have to boil it for 10 minutes, until it becomes clear again. If you want extended use out of it, you can boil it, let it cool down slightly and use it after boiling. When the heat from boiling wears off, you can then snap the metal button and get your regular use out of it. This adds up to about 2 hours total when I've done this.
It's about 5"ish all the way around, though it's obviously not circle. It's bigger than my hand, but I have smaller hands.
Uses:
Obviously, this is for massages, but I thought I'd mention how I use it to give you an idea of how versatile these are. I have two of them. I pack them in my lunchbox when I go to the university, because I can bring hot food with me that way, and it stays hot. So essentially I'm using it as a heater, much like you would a cool pack. I also wear hoodies in the winter. Being that it is winter now, I carry this in my front hoodie pocket in the mornings, because I like to wrap my hands in it. Campus is particularly cold at 7am and it's nice to walk around with my hands warm. I also use this in the shower, I turn on the water and make it slightly cooler than the heart, and lather this with soap and use it to wash myself. It's not fantastic at it, but the purpose isn't to wash. The purpose is to put soap on it so it glides across my skin easier and I can give myself a sinfully good rub down. I also use a cream-based lubricant/massage cream called Whipped, I don't believe we sell it on EF but you can probably find something similar, and I like to give myself a leg rub with it. If I don't do that, I rub my lotion on it to massage my legs. I also have given massages with this, I've used "Don't Stop Massage Oil" (available on EF) and have used just a dab and given a back rub with it. So as you can see, it's not just a massage heart, it has a dozen or more different uses. Also, once it's hardened, you can use it as a weapon to smack someone (Kidding).
Care/Cleaning:
You can use your favorite massage oil with this. I also enjoy a massage cream I have called Whipped, you can use it for massaging as well. Pretty much any oil or cream or lotion will work with this. It is not incompatible with anything. Putting your lotion on with this can be very relaxing.
You'll want to wash it with mild soap and water if you end up using oil or anything with it, just to get it clean. Then you boil it for about 10 minutes and it should go completely clear again and be ready for another use.
Packaging:
It comes in a box, I do believe EF has a picture of the box up as well. It shows the heart on both sides. The packaging is not discreet as to what is inside, however, you don't really need to worry because the massage heart isn't really a "dirty" toy that you wouldn't want anyone seeing. I use mine for so many different things that no one even thinks anything of it sitting around the house. The information on boiling it is in the package, but if you open it, the plastic around the heart says the same thing. I threw my packaging away, both the box and plastic because I store the heart where ever I was last sitting when I used it and then boil it and carry it around with me. It can be put in virtually anything though.

Experience
I've loved this thing and will obviously keep getting new ones. I've heard from PR that they last for some 200 or so uses, but I don't tally the count on mine. I just know I've had this about a month and used it at least twice a day if not more during that time frame. On a side note, I also put this in my hoodie where the actual hood is for a few minutes if I take my pet snake with me somewhere, because it warms the hood up for him and he tends to sit still on heat spots. I've found so many uses for this thing that the 8 dollars I paid for it was beyond worth it. I think everyone should have one or two in their house for various reasons.
Follow-up commentary
2 months after original review
I would still like it, sadly, my dog ate it. Well, part of it. The crystals were nontoxic though, so yay? I order another, and have since been enjoying it, and have found dozens more uses for it, mostly for winter time because I definitely need heat then, but I was recently injured in a car wreck and was told to keep heating pads on my neck, and I enjoy the heartwarmer more for it than an actual heating pad because it helps massage while creating the heat.
