Floating roses review
...for lovers sharing a tub, I can see them as a wonderful mood setter. Even a glass bowl on the nightstand with a few of these floating inside can pull all the stress and urgency from the day. They are definitely more suited for a long night of slow lovemaking...

I’m not going to lie; I was a bit skeptical when I first received this product. I’m a huge candle fan but the flower design and the unlit scent of the candle weren’t to my personal style. I set them aside for a few days before finding enough quiet alone time to take a bath. For safety, I lit them at first with the lights on but found the experience lacking, but after flipping off the lights, my bathroom almost felt like my own little safe heaven. The lighting across the bottom of the tub was very soothing and relaxing. And if you push the candles to the tub edges, they won’t come to close to you.
Also, a romantic idea for lovers out there, floating these in large margarita glasses on some stairs (or just to a bedroom) just before your other comes home can make a soft-lit path directly to you for a wonderfully romantic evening. And even a few floating in the sink can make your kitchen or bathroom your own private meditation room. The scent that they release is pleasant, but not overpowering, and the wicks are made of the same material as trick candles, so even if they get a little splashed, they will not go out immediately.
Personal recommendation: These easily rate a 4 out of 5 on my Vivi scale of awesome. My only complaint is that when I do take a bath, I really don’t like to worry about getting burned, but for lovers sharing a tub, I can see them as a wonderful mood setter. Even a glass bowl on the nightstand with a few of these floating inside can pull all the stress and urgency from the day. They are definitely more suited for a long night of slow lovemaking over a mid-day quicky. I’d recommend getting these with any of the Kama-Sutra gift sets or even just a few bottles of massage oil. Remember, these are candles; don’t use them near anything flammable or around children or pets.

"Also, a romantic idea for lovers out there, floating these in large margarita glasses on some stairs (or just to a bedroom) just before your other comes home can make a soft-lit path directly to you for a wonderfully romantic evening." WOW! That's a beyond fabulous idea. If they tip over will the water extinguish the flame?
