Left Much to be Desired
If you enjoy (small) icy sensations, and you can find this product outside of Eden, have fun with that. Just don't spend more than $3 or $4, because it just isn't worth it.

Pros
Silicone, travel-friendly, easy to clean
Cons
Size, price, discontinued
The only other review of this product pretty much sums it up. If I hadn't taken it out of the box myself, I would have thought it was one of those free-with-purchase items you get at the local "toy" store. It was nice that it was made of silicone, but otherwise there isn't much to it. The box was huge, but the product itself was very tiny. It feels a little anticlimactic when you open a large box and out rolls a tiny piece of silicone that resembles a "Sorry!" pawn.
The ice is able to be pushed out easily with the plunger, yet it doesn't just fall out randomly (as long as you don't use it for very long). It takes a few hours to freeze, but it doesn't take up a lot of room in the freezer and it stays upright fairly well. Obviously it's easy to clean, just use a little soap and water on the nubby area after use.
All of that being said, I did find a use for it. My kids love sucking on ice, and this is the only way I have found to avoid dirty hands finding their way into an ice cup. Obviously the ice is gone very quickly since the cylinder is only about two inches long, but I felt the need to do something with it. You can also fit the cylinders into water bottles, but you can only freeze one at a time so it seems like a lot of work for one ice cube. At this point I'm grasping at straws to redeem this poor product, but it really can't be helped. The manufacturer also sells flavor packs separately, but Eden doesn't sell them. Since Eden no longer sells this either, it doesn't seem that it matters much.

Experience
Using it for sexual pleasure is based on individual preference. If you enjoy a small point of ice being run along your body you may actually enjoy this. Since it has been discontinued on Eden, your only option would be to buy it elsewhere. Even elsewhere, if they want more than $4 for it I would say save your money.
