I was worried the peppermint may cause irritation, but it did no such thing. With such a scent, it is remarkable that this product does not have a strange chemical-like taste. I found that the product did not last as long as I thought it would. When I first read the packaging, I must admit I was a bit intimidated. I do not need any extra stimulation so I thought for sure this product would have me gasping for breath as my legs quivered. Maybe I expected too much.
