The InfraRed Electric Massager by California Exotics is a dual speed vibrating massager with Infrared heat and 5 interchangeable attachments. Although some use this for sexual stimulation, this item is ideal for all over body relief from aches and pain. Choose from 5 different interchangeable attachments as the infrared heat enhances your blood circulation.

1. The large bump attachment serves as an all purpose massager ideal for a gentle massage for all you large muscle.
2. The wide nubbed attachment is large and gentle enough to use as a scalp massager. Allow those soft finger like nubbs to massage in to your scalp and neck and help relief tension and maybe even those migraines a bit.
3. The dual massager helps massage more dual spot precise areas. I myself find this great for massaging my neck.
4. The buffer attachment is a great way to massage some moisture in to your dry skin and is gentle enough for delicate areas such as the face and elbows.
5. The focus cone is much like the dual massager and allows for precise spot massage on those tense muscles and helps relieve stress.

Choose the ideal attachment for the area and use you wish to achieve for a soothing muscle relaxing rub or a powerful therapeutic massage. After selecting your attachment, choose either high heat with low vibrations or low heat with high vibrations. Always use low heat on sensitive areas, especially the face.

The Massager itself is made out of Plastic which ranks an 8 out of 10 on Eden's safety scale. Plastic is a synthetic or semi synthetic polymerization product which is a Non-porous and phthalate-free material with a firm, smooth texture.

The massager itself as well as 4/5 attachments are hard and smooth while the Scalp attachment feels more soft and almost firm rubber like. The buffer attachment has a nice fabric feel across that's both firm and soft and allows for a great massage to buffer dry skin. The attachments themselves are quite smooth feeling within the designs.

None of the attachments have any distinct smell or taste to them that is noticeable. This piece would be ideal for both beginners and advanced users alike.

The massager is red in color, accented with black, and is about 12 inches long with over 6 feet of cord for easy use and extended reach. The cord is a simple 2 prong outlet plug which stems out from the bottom end of the massager. The head of the massager is connected to the handle with a lovely flexible neck that allows for some give for your massage. The head is round with a light on the back end that lights when in use and a small cylinder on the front where you can easily attach your desired attachment by slipping it on.

1. The Focus cone attachment is about 2 and a half inches wide and the bump sticks out making the attachment about about 2 inches tall.
2. The Large bump attachment is about 2.75 inches wide and is just a simple flat attachment which bubble up with 7 small nubs evenly around.
3. The Dualer attachment is about 3 inches wide is and much like the Large Bump attachment, only instead of one bump it has two identical bumps making the attachment about 2 inches tall.
4. The Buffer attachment is about 2 and a half inches wide and encircles the buffer material allowing for a gentle and moisturizing lotion massage.
5. The Wide-nubbed attachment is a large disk resembling the Large bump attachment and is about 3.25 inches wide and instead of bubbles, this attachment is covered in about 44 soft rubbery like ticklers all over the disk evenly.

Each attachment is designed perfectly to work as their suggested use.

The toy itself can be a bit heavy at a weight of 1.5 lb and the cord can easily get in the way if used for solo sexual play, but it does add nice pressure when trying to relive achy muscles. Being so large, it is not easy to hide. Although, if found, one will think it is just a simple back massager.

Even though this device has 5 amazing attachments that do their job quite well, I feel it lacking in the functions department. The device is controlled by a simple slide switch which is extremely easy to use. The left side shows for the vibrations and the right side shows for the heat. Unfortunately, the switch controls them both at once and does not have a separate switch. The switch starts in the off position and slides up first to low vibrations and high heat then slides up again to high vibrations and low heat. I feel this would be better if each function had its own switch, but it does not.

Each of the attachments are very easy to attach and remove, and stay in place while in use. The only one of which may give a bit more effort is the single large bump attachment since it sits so close to the head. They each work very well for their suggested use.

My favorite though is the Wide-nubbed. I tend to suffer with migraines and this attachment feels amazing on my scalp to help give relief. On a more personal note, this also feels phenomenal on my external areas.

Even though it is clunky, it is very easy to use. The worst part about this really is that is it indeed quite loud and is not waterproof. When used sexually, keep to external use only.

As far as the heat goes, I really feel no warmth. However, usually you don't with InfraRed technology.

This toy is quite easy to clean. They can easily be removed and washed either by hand with soap and water or even toy cleaner, or even thrown in the dishwasher. The device itself is not waterproof so I would suggest wiping that down with a toy wipe or damp cloth. Be sure to not get too wet and to always unplug after every use.

The packaging itself instructs to always unplug when not in use and to not use under covers.

As for storing, this can be more tricky. It is large so finding a space could be complicated. I tend to store the attachments in a ziplock back for safe keeping and store in my toychest with all other toys and the massager itself can just be put under the bed, in the dresser or closet, or anywhere else water safe it can fit. Being found is not a big issue for me for this particular one as long as I know water will not touch it.

Being plastic, you have no worries about lubrication. This material is compatible with them all. I myself tend to use massage oils when I use it on my neck and back.
