With this being a milk based product, the texture feels like milk powder out of the container. It feels a bit softer then powdered milk, almost as soft as baby powder. Smoothing the powder between the fingers, it actually rubs into the skin, it's that soft.

When adding the powder to the water, it works best when it's running. If you add it to bath water that is just sitting, you will get lumps. The milk powder mixes quite easily in the running water, leaving the water a transparent milky shade. The more you add, the thicker the milk gets. The texture of the water isn't powdery, as it quickly mixes in leaving it soft, creamy, and velvety smooth.

Stepping out of the water, there's no residue left on the skin. The milk absorbs into the skin nicely, to leave it soft.
