Due to the electrical cord, it should not be used in water and it is best cleaned with a cloth and soap and water. A condom also works quite well.

The control is a simple slide switch on the handle, the center position is off; slide over for low and the opposite way for high. OMG...the power! Low is probably really high for most and high? Awesome intensity!
