How is this a Game?
This is a collection of 22 well-made cards, meant to inspire ideas for public sexcapades, that a couple may or may not be able to create a game out of.

Pros
Cards are of decent quality. 120 possible combinations.
Cons
It's nothing that a little imagination couldn't provide.
As a couple who has a long-standing kink for public sex, we were excited when we found the Do It Sex in Public card game. Somebody made a game of this?! Hell yeah! Bring on the challenges! However, less than a minute after we opened the box we were a bit confused about what the bold statement saying "Sex Position Game" on the front was supposed to mean.
All it contains is 22 cards with no instructions, no obvious point, and no sex positions. Instead, 10 of them have a single sexual act like "Hickey" or "Oral Sex" printed on them, and the other 12 have public locations. We're still wondering why they didn't print an even number of each type of card, since we presumed that they were meant to be matched up. There was a typo saying "Mototboat" on one of the sexual act cards, which we're pretty sure should have been "Motorboat" (the act of pressing your face between a woman's tits and shaking your head while making a motorboat noise).
The inclusion of some locations like "At School" and "At the Skate Park" gave us the impression that the deck was designed for legal teens to 20-somethings too, because believe us when we say that if you're past a certain age you don't want to risk getting caught doing *anything* kinky in a place where kids gather or go to school, even after hours.
Physically, the cards, which are about as thick as any inexpensive playing cards, are nice. They're roughly wide by long and packaged in a slimline box that would be easy to slip into a purse or glove compartment. The text is bold and easily visible, and each card has a good coating of glossy lamination that would be possible to clean gently with a damp cloth if a little something got on them. Other than that, there just isn't much to this set.

Experience

My wife has a more pessimistic view of this product than I do. The way I see it, the cards could be useful for people who have never had public sex to get ideas from. Conversation starters at the least. It also occurred to me that if you had a group of very open-minded friends, this could be used as a sort of challenge game one night. Like say, you're out partying with another couple (or two), and you all divide up the cards. Then you set a time frame and see who can "score" the most acts from the card combinations that they've chosen. Or you could leave a pair where your partner would find them so they'd spend all day anticipating the evening's agenda. It just seems to me that they could be fun for some couples even though we didn't find them useful ourselves.
Michele says:
In my opinion these are pretty much a waste of money unless a person has trouble thinking up common locations in their area and the most basic sexual sex acts. I think a couple would do better to sit down together and list some of their favorite foreplay & sex moves, and some places that they would be willing to try each of them, on their own. They would probably come up with a lot more thrilling and practical scenarios if they did. I mean really, as funny as it sounds, how many people would want to Strip in Church? (Which is an actual card combination that we pulled at random)
