Heaven in a bottle
This gel is amazing. Every woman should try it at least once; even if you don't have any problems in the orgasm department, you will feel a definite difference in the quality of your orgasms.

Pros
A little goes a long way; can be used either alone or with a partner.
Cons
Although the gel does go a long way, it would be nice to have different size bottles to choose from.
Let me just say, right off the bat, I've never had trouble reaching orgasm. And I've never had any complaints about the quality of the orgasms I've had. So when I read about Shunga's Secret Garden Orgasm Enhancing Cream, I was skeptical. What more could this stuff offer me that I hadn't already experienced?
I was in for a surprise. A very pleasant one.
My first impression of this "cream" (a term, by the way, that is sort of misleading; it's actually a gel) was that it didn't really look like much. It's pleasantly thick, not watery, and there is absolutely no detectable odor, which pleased me (I was expecting a more chemical smell.)
A little of this stuff goes a *long* way, and is to be rubbed directly onto the clit. Apparently, either a warm or cool sensation can result (personally, I experienced the cool sensation, with a delicious tingling as well.) The instructions also advise that it may take more than one application to feel the results, but I personally felt the tingling right away.
The gel made me very aware of my clit. Don't get me wrong, I'm always aware of it to a certain extent, but this tingly sensation between my thighs was an experience unlike anything I've ever felt. And, as I said, I'm a woman who has had plenty of orgasms, but the quality of the orgasm I had while using this cream was completely different. The gel made my clit swell up quite a bit more than usual, and also provided a heightened sensitivity and responsiveness to touch. It was, in a word, fantastic.
This is a product that is fantastic for both solo play and partner sex. Although it is, obviously, marketed toward women, men will certainly benefit from the heightened arousal their female partners will experience while using this gel. And if they are so inclined, they can help in the application process! ;)
I highly recommend this product to any woman, whether she is having problems reaching orgasm or just wants to heighten the pleasure of the orgasms she's already having. Shunga's Secret Garden Orgasm Enhancing Cream really has to be experienced to be believed!

Thank you for viewing Secret garden enhancing cream – water-based lubricant review page!
You might want to mention it contains glycerin, which can cause UTIs and vaginal infections in many women. And, being a product that is made for women who have to TRY to have orgasms, we tend to spend more time and effort on certain spots, so increase our chances of UTIs and vaginal infections anyway.
Also, if the gel is compatible with condoms (both latex and plastic or polyisproine) would be helpful.
People have told me about this stuff, as my ability to gain hair trigger orgasms decreased as I reached peri-menopause, but I've had SO much bad luck with these I hate to try an other one.
I'm glad it worked for you.
In regards to the glycerin content in this gel -- since it doesn't actually come in contact with the vagina (it is only to be applied to the clitoris), I didn't think that would be an issue. I've used it for a prolonged period of time and not once did it even go near my vagina. Ditto for condom compatibility -- I just didn't think it was an issue.
Thank you for bringing up those points, though.
And even though it doesn't go in the vagina, having glycerin applied anywhere on the skin can cause an allergic reaction to those who have the allergy. For me, rubbing things around my labia and clitoris usually means some gets inside, whether I realize it or not!
Sealed the deal, for me!
