Hearts swinging free
These cute, sassy nipple rings are fun to wear and are a quick, easy way to spice things up. They can easily cause pain if that's what you're after but can be easily adjusted to stay on well and still be comfortable.

Pros
cute, easy to adjust, stay on well, can cause pain
Cons
possibly not durable, can cause pain
I'm not sure its possible to put these on and not instantly be in a party mood. So cute. So sassy. I would never be able to bring myself to actually pierce my nipples, but these allow me to simulate pierced nipples anyway.
Even though I'm very small chested, they still look cute on me. The few people who has seen them on me responded very positively. They would no doubt look even better on breasts that move more than mine. I've worn these under a bra for a period of time also. I was worried that they might work their way off in there but they didn't.
The rings are about an inch in diameter with tiny balls at the ends to press onto the sides of your nipples to keep them in place. I'm not sure why these were designed with the rings having such a large diameter. Perhaps this makes them easier to adjust. I think they would look better if the rings were smaller. They measure three and a half inches from the top of the ring to the bottom of the hearts.
When fresh out of the package, the two ball-ends touch. Clipping them on your nipples without first adjusting them is painful. Very painful. I have a low pain tolerance and needed to pull them so the two ends were separated a sixteenth of an inch before I could wear them comfortably. If your objective is to experience a little pain, these rings can meet that goal.
If you stretch them out too far, they can easily be pressed into a more closed position. It doesn't take much experimentation to adjust them to the perfect level of comfort. No matter what the size of the part of your nipple that sticks out, these can be adjusted to stay on.
They are most comfortable when placed near the top of the part of the nipple that sticks out. My nipples are erect constantly (thank you years of nursing), so I can't say how well they stay on non-erect nipples. You may need to roll them between your fingers, ice them or use other techniques to make them erect in order to ensure that they stay on well.
The rings look like they're made of silver or are silver-plated, but the packaging doesn't specify what metal is used except to say that they are nickel free, non tarnishing and non-piercing.
They also can double as belly button rings. I moved one to my belly button and the other to my partner's nipple, just for fun. I'm glad he's easygoing. I must say they look great on him. They're as much fun on your partner as they are on yourself.
They also stay on reasonably well when worn as a belly button ring.
Each ring has two chains with small red plastic hearts on the ends. As you move the red hearts click against each other. The hearts, and the entire ring plus hearts, don't weigh much. You will not feel like the hearts are pulling down as you weigh them.
The rings come in a simple, small clamshell package with a picture of a woman wearing the rings. No instructions are included, but figuring out how to use them is straightforward. You could use the package for storage. The ring and hearts will need to be fit into the package exactly as they were originally before the clamshell will close, so that option won't be as easy as tossing them in your jewelry box.
I've been known to wear these around the house as I do housework or cooking, enjoying the swinging, clicking little hearts. They really are spirit lifting. I just hope the neighbors can't see inside the windows.

Experience
About a week after I received them I dropped one of them on the floor. One of the balls fell off. Its possible to put it back in place, but that ball is no longer on securely. I can't say whether this was a fluke accident or whether its likely to happen to others. The broken one is still wearable. I just have to be careful to make sure the ball stays on the wire as I attach or detach it from my nipple.
