Pros
Imagination is your only limit with this wonderful toy! Great price!
Cons

I know that Pipedream promotes this sweet little heart as a way to massage away muscle aches or a fun addition to temperature play, but each month when my time hits and I begin to cramp, I REALLY thank Pipedream for my Heart Warmer and know that it was an investment well made. It's never let me down during any of my times of need.
It looks adorable. They come in pink, red, and purple. Mine's pink. It's about 5 inches by 5 inches at its widest and longest points (it's shaped like a heart) and it's plastic. Inside, the heart is full of gel-type liquid. There's also a small metal disc floating around inside (easy to find) and once you press it, the heart begins crystallize and turn into more of a stable substance.
Once you press the disc, go ahead and place the heart over, around, or on top of the area that needs relief as the heart begins to almost take shape as it hardens. It usually only takes about five minutes or so and your little heart will warm up a temperature of 129F. If that's too hot for you, keep a towel on hand to slip in between your skin and the heart. Mine stays hot for about 30 minutes and then it begins to cool down. Within another 20-30 minutes, it's cold.
No worries though - it's reusable! Just wrap your heart in a washcloth or small towel and place it in a pot of boiling water (make sure that the actual heart isn't touching any metal part of the pot or else it will melt - that's what the washcloth or towel is for). Let it boil for about 10 minutes. You can tell by the way the heart looks as to when it's ready. It'll be back to its original form.
Then just scoop it out. Let it sit and cool for a few and you are good to go for round two!

Hints: Keep this by the bedside in order to heat up glass toys, lubes, even parts of the body while your partner is blindfolded during sensation play.
Also, make sure you don't store it next to anything stabby that might puncture your sweet little heart!

@Nazaress - Warming it back up it really not as much of a pain as it sounds when you compare it to the job it does. (whispers - it really is worth it )
