Hard to beat the price.
For 6.99 and the million plus uses I could likely think of for this, I would not see a single reason not to purchase this toy cleaner. Way to go Cal Exotics. Two Thumbs way up.

Pros
Cleans just about anything, cheap, scentless.
Cons
Nothing I can really think of.
I expect toy cleaner to only do a very small number of things. Clean toys, not smell, and not damage toys, or cause an allergic reaction for my girlfriend. Being cheap is also really important. This does all of those in spades.
It barely smells like anything and that fades quickly after use, it leaves no funny residue, so much so that I've used it to clean my glasses and my computer screen. For the price, I don't mind that. I never feel like I am wasting this cleaner by using it on something that isn't a toy. I'm a bit of a neat freak so the more uses I can get out of a cleaner besides just toilet bowl cleaner (or so on), the better. I've really never found a better glasses cleaner, honestly. We noticed how clear this got glass toys that the thought of using it to clean my prescription lenses just made sense. It cleans the bathroom mirror very well and CD's. So really, snag a couple bottles of this stuff it's great. For 6.99 this stuff goes a long way; five or six sprays can clean a whole bathroom mirror.
4.30 oz actually lasts you way longer than you're going to think it will. It comes in a fairly discrete container and sits in our bathroom. I highly doubt anyone is going to know what this is. As far as the chemicals in it, there is not really a lot of things you need a doctorate to pronounce, mostly citric acid, and distilled water, some salts, and few methyl based products. If you know you have a citrus allergy, I'd suggest avoiding it though. All in all, it's the cheapest cleaner on Eden; no reason not to buy it.
The container can be recycled and it's a product of the USA, so your supporting jobs, and saving the planet if you toss it in your recycling bin; all of these are good things.
