Overall, this is not something I would reach for when I need some good stimulation. It doesn't provide enough power to bring me to climax when some of my less expensive toys can do that in a matter of seconds.

Pros
Quiet Odorless
Cons
Weak stimulation Motor stops even on moderate pressure Can't orgasm with toy alone
The Toynary F7 Motion Multi Purpose Stimulator is primary advertised as a clitoral stimulator. Unfortunately, the rotational motions and the toy itself fall short of any pleasing actions for even some of the most sensitive of clitorises. You can try this on other erogenous zones such as your breasts, but your expectations will again fall short of what a simple tickling session can do. I found it impossible to have an orgasm with this toy, no matter how hard I tried to make it work. Arousal lubes, rubbing beforehand ... nothing helped to make this toy work for me.
The pink attachment on the Toynary F7 is smooth, medical grade silicone and the handle is white plastic. It is odorless which is a major plus for me. Instead of the rotating blades, the raised ticklers in the center of the attachment is one of the more pleasing aspects for clitoral play, but again, the pleasure falls short. The ticklers and blades of the silicone attachment are flexible, but in my opinion, too flexible. When you apply too much pressure (which happens to most people if they want extra stimulation) the attachment stops spinning completely and hence, no orgasm.
The toy fits comfortably in my hands. There is barely any sound, so discreet playtime is possible. It is not too big and not too small, so it's perfect for storing in a nightstand or under the bed in order to hide it.
The rotational motions can be felt in the pink attachment, more so from the somewhat long ticklers in the center than from the blades below the ticklers. The controls are located on the side of the handle; you simply push the down button to start the toy, and then move your finger up one more notch to the top button where you can press multiple times to change the speed, and/or the rotation modes. Unfortunately, the weak rotational motions are anything but pleasing, even for the most sensitive of people.
The F7's white handle is constructed with plastic while the pink removable attachment is made out of medical grade silicone, which feels very soft to the touch. To clean and disinfect the silicone attachment, I would recommend removing and boiling it for three minutes. You should use water-based lube on this toy due to the nature of the silicone attachment.
For the life of me, I was not able to get this toy to work. Every time I apply moderate pressure to my clit with the attachment, the motor would stop working altogether until I move the toy further back again. Arousal lubes did nothing to combat the pressure needed, and I have yet to have an orgasm with this toy no matter how hard I tried to make it work.
Follow-up commentaryI still don't like it10 months after original review
Sadly, this toy still does nothing for me. The rotations are weak, so it's nearly impossible to get off. In the end, I'm just frustrated.
