Pros
Good basic cleaner, easy to use, a little goes a long way
Cons
Non-discreet bottle, MAY irritate sensitive skin
Ah, cleanliness... Probably not at the forefront of one's mind when having fun, but essential for one's health and to keep toys in good working order. That's where this foaming toy cleaner comes in. From the good people at Wet International, better known for their lubricants, this stuff is a great before-and-after way of keeping your toys squeaky clean.
The cleaner comes in a 7.5 ounce bottle with a hand-pump on top (at present, no other sizes are available). Peeking in between the label gives you a view of the liquid inside, while a push on the pump produces alliteration! Er... I mean, foam. It produces foam - not unlike many hand soaps nowadays. This foam is easy to spread over toys, and a little goes a very long way. I was able to clean three moderate-small toys just with one full pump. Rub it over the toy and then use warm water to rinse it off, and you're done! Easy peasy. The cleaner is safe to use on rubber, latex, and silicone, as well as any non-reactive materials such as plastic, glass, and metal. I have also used it on a jelly toy in the past with no obvious ill effect.
This cleaner does have a very faint odor that goes away as the toy dries, though it may stay on your hands for a little while afterward. The instructions say to use a clean cloth to rub it onto your toys, but unless you've got super-duper-sensitive skin, it's fine to use your hands if you've no cloth laying around.
The only real downside to this product is the bottle. It's a large, non-discreet bottle, and the Wet International logo and words "Foaming Toy Cleaner" are easily visible. You could take the label off if you wanted, but then someone might mistake it for a hand soap. Best to simply find a good hiding place if discretion is a priority. On the plus side, since the foam goes so far, the large amount means you can use one bottle for a very, very long time.
Stay clean, people! Keep your toys from getting all grody, and they'll love you as much as you love them!

Experience
As stated, this stuff might irritate your hands if you're very sensitive. I've only felt irritation with this stuff once, after having scraped some skin off of my hand in a fall earlier in the day. If you think you might have such a reaction, just keep a washcloth handy and you shouldn't have any trouble. Make sure that the toy is completely free of foam before you play, though - I have a hunch that any irritation would be much more evident if you got this stuff inside you.
I've been using this cleaner since before EF started carrying it, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a good cleaner that follows the "less is more" philosophy. I'm still on my first bottle!

Follow-up commentary

Not much to say that I didn't say before. I'm still on that one bottle, despite my playtime increasing considerably over the last few months. This is still an awesome and easy-to-use toy cleaner.
Though I've found that it may not be too good for a very vigorous cleaning, or toys with a lot of little nooks and crannies. It's not often that my toys require any extreme tidying, but every so often I find myself using more Keep It Clean than I normally do. It's a foaming soap, though, so I suppose I shouldn't be surprised.
