This gel is made for women, to help stimulate their G-spot. It can be used any time you would like to use it. It is made out of water, helianthus annus seed oil, glycerin, propylene glycol (and) diazolidinyl urea (and) methylparaben (and) propylparaben, acrylates/C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer, menthyl lactate, triethanolamine, arginine, mentha piperita oil, daucus carota sativa seed oil, prunu amygdalus oil, carotene, horny goat weed, Fo-Ti, schizandrea chinensis fruit extract, and tocopheryl acetate. If you have an allergy to any of these ingredients I would not recommend you use this.

This product is too thin for my taste. It comes out of the bottle very easily since it is a very thin gel. To me, this gel is also way too oily for any sexual play. It leaves behind a greasy feel, even after being washed off.

I would not recommend that you taste this gel, because it is not for oral ingestion, and I can guarantee you that it will not taste very good. Also, there is no smell to this product, which is a good thing.

For me, this product did nothing. It may be different for you, but I am very sensitive to things like this, and I honestly did not feel a thing. When I did wash it off with soap, it still left a greasy feeling behind which I did not like at all.
