From a Guy's Perspective.....
This lip treatment is great for men and women alike. I would recommend this to anyone, whether they have soft lips or dry and cracked, it works for anyone.

Pros
feels great, works on dry/cracked or normal lips, easy to use, very little has to be used
Cons
none
The Lip lovely set is a great set for guys or women. Even though I really didn't need this treatment, because my lips are always soft and supple, but my wife insisted.
The Lovely lip set came to us in a small, rectangular box with pink and black stripes. There are two small jars placed inside the box. These jars sport the colors/patterns and logo of Bella Il Fiore. They each have screw off plastic lids and are travel friendly. The scrub contains 1.6oz of lip scrub and the balm is a 1oz jar. The scrub is quite thick and only very little needs to be used in one use. We found that using just a dab on our fingers was plenty. It has an oily texture to it, which help to moisturize while its scrubbing. Its a very pleasant feeling. The Balm is packed tight within the jar and needs to be "dug into" to loosen it up enough to use. Again, only a very little needs to be used.
Both the balm and the scrub are very strong peppermint scent to it. The scrub isn't as thick as I thought it might be. Its more oily/thick than scrub/thick. Not sure if that makes sense to anyone, but me. It does taste horrible, so make sure not to get it in your mouth. I accidently opened my mouth during the scrub and it wasn't very good.
I would suggest to keep a rag handy when using the scrub, as it will need to be rubbed off a little after you wash it off. The oils in the scrub tend to linger on your lips.
Ingredients:Carthamus Tinctarius (Safflower) Seed Oil, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Beeswax, Theebroma Cacoa (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Butyrespermum parki (Shea) Butter, Simmandsia Ehinewsis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E)
The lids screw on pretty well, no issues with any leaking or "less than desirable packaging". Would make a nice gift too.

Experience
Here I sat, at the kitchen table, and my wife asks me "Here, put this on". Pardon me? Yeah, I got roped into trying the lip treatment. She laughed and said "Oh stop being such a baby...just try it." So I did. Im a pretty good sport about this stuff. I told her that if she asks me to get out the nail polish and facial masks, that it was going to be my cue to leave though!
So, I went ahead with it and tried the lip treatment. Mind you, my lips are already super soft. I never get chapped or dry, cracked lips, so I really didn't "need" this product. But, being the good sport I am, I went ahead with it. First, we tried the lip scrub. The scent was peppermint. The scent on this lip scrub is extremely strong. It smells like those mint patty hard candy mints. I pursed my lips together and grabbed a dab (and I mean just a DAB of this stuff works for this) and started to rub my lips back and forth. We scrubbed for about 1 full minute. Afterwards, we took some water and splashed it on our lips. We noticed that there was a slimy, oily feel to what was left over on our mouths, so we had to use a rag to wipe off any excess.
Then, we dried our lips and tried the balm. Again, strong peppermint and very little was needed to be used. It made my lips feel silky soft and almost somewhat tingly. It wasn't a horrible feel, but it was definitely weird. (Remember, Im a guy, this isn't my "thing"). So, we rubbed the balm around and waited for a few moments. Then, we had to "test" of course! Giving my wife a kiss, we both noticed that our lips were silky soft and more "plump" than normal.
Overall, it was a pretty good experience. Its not something that I am going to do on a normal basis, because again, Im a guy and its just weird for me. But, I will say that I LOVE how great it made my wife's lips feel! She usually has pretty dry lips and they crack and bleed a lot.

Follow-up commentary

From a guys perspective, I would have to say that this stuff is pretty nice. I will admit that I have used this a few times since my wife forced me into being her oh-so-accepting guinea pig, ha! But, in all seriousness, this is a really nice set. My wife has been using this now for about a week. She really likes it and I love how soft and supple her lips feel on mine. This was really a good buy for her.
