Some Like it HOT!!
It is up to the person looking at this and comparing it to the other review. You don't know if this is for you or not unless it's tried. I suggest playing with ginger roots and peppers juices first.

Pros
It has a nice burn to it due to the pepper and ginger extract.
Cons
May not be suitable for some.
This is the Reverse Tightening gel by Doc. Johnson; it's “supposed" to reverse vaginal signs of aging. This sells for 9.99 which isn't bad for the product, also it only comes in a 2 ounce tube. This is more for those of us who like a hot, if anyone has a allergy to ginger root (GR), or peppers DO NOT get this. The only tightening that I felt was the wall trying to get away from the ginger root and pepper mixture. The last time I bought a piece of GR it cost close to $3.00 a pound, all that's needed would be one of the toe pieces for insertion after it has been peeled first.
Ingredients are: Water(aqua), glycerin, hydroxyethylecellulose, zingiber officinale (ginger)root extract, theobroma cacao (cocoa) extract, piper nigrum (pepper)resin, cinnamonum cassia resin, capsicum frutescens resin, capsicum annuum resin, butylene glycol, polysorbate 20, prpandediol, sucralose, diazolidinyl urea, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate.
There's not a whole lot to go by: as there are no instructions inside, on the box, or on the tube, the only thing were the ingredients that I just mentioned. Best guess is that it's up to the discretion of the user as to how often to apply the product. It is colorless, and odorless, and for the most part tasteless however I did feel some tingling on the tongue after I tasted it. I inserted the dab that I had on my finger and my vagina started burning (nothing Major), while I sat down it got hotter then it started to subside, however 5 minutes it was totally gone (bummer).
I'll be applying this more often, hell for that matter I can put a few drops of this on one of my vibrators and have myself a ball. It only takes a small amount and your first time you'll know if you'll be using it more than once. As for me, I like it, but then again I have had both ginger root and peppers used during foreplay which makes things very intense, but the heat gets the juices flowing and I've had to either masturbate to try and cool it off or ignore the heat until the heat goes away on its own so he'd be able to slip inside and finish what he started.
With the gel in a liquid form it'll get onto his member, (of course that'd be pretty hot in itself) making him swell being thicker and more pleasurable for you. But he needs to rub a piece of the root on him t see if he can handle it. If he doesn't want to share the experience of the gel with you then he needs to wait for it to be dry in 5 minutes or give some vibrator or finger action with the partner you'll still be feeling the effects for a while until the playing stops.
My best advice to potential buyers is this: Go to a grocery store, get a piece of Ginger root, when you're ready to have a session peel it, the GR can be inserted vaginally or anally either way it has the same effect. Because of the heat that it creates it automatically has the surrounding walls just clinching and releasing (personally I love it).

Follow-up commentary
2 months after original review
This is still great heat wise; the extreme heat that this creates has become my all time favorite sensation. It's still not for everyone; if you can't stand the heat don't use this. I will be ordering several of these not only for myself but for a friend of mine.

Thank you for viewing Reverse tightening gel for women – gel discontinued review page!
Did you notice any tightening affect?
The tightening that I felt was the walls trying to get away from the ginger root and pepper mixture. I'm still pretty tight since I've only had c-sections, and I don't have sex very often anymore (bummer).
Was your partner able to feel the heat/burning as well? From my past experiences from dealing with heat mixtures yes the heat can transfer to the partners, if he's finished this would be great for him to play with you using his hands so his member doesn't get burnt. Also the heat should dissipate after 5 minutes (however).
Anyone thinking of trying this product should do as I suggested in the review. Go to the store get a piece of ginger root, and some jalapenio peppers. If you can take play time with these then you can definately use the cream.
