I am plus size. Probably around 46 inches around the biggest part of my tummy and this chain still fits. The collar can actually fit a bigger neck than mine and mine is about 15inch thick, so it’s perfect for probably up to a 4xl depending where your weight is held. The chain is very solid, heavy and good quality. The clamps function well and feel amazing when clamped on my nipples and labia. I did have to remove two chains from the pussy chain to add to where they were supposed to be on the front of the chain, but it was so worth it for how much I love this set. The collar it firm so it sits up nicely.
