E-I-E-I-EOS
While this lip balm won't be my go-to choice simply because of the price tag attached to it, it's still a great buy. It's smooth, not sticky, small and comes in cute packaging. All-in-all, a nice, albeit fairly expensive, lip balm.

This organic lip balm by Evolution of Smooth is a nifty little product designed specifically to moisturize your lips and it moisturizes them well. For an organic lip balm, I was pleasantly surprised. I expected it to be gritty and hard to put on, but it glides on easily and it really is smooth.
It's thin enough as it goes on to not leave your lips feeling weighted down, but thick enough to not have to reapply every half an hour. I have very dry lips and found that I only had to apply about once every couple of hours, which was wonderful as I'm used to applying other lip balms at least twice an hour. It also doesn't leave your lips feeling sticky or gritty as it wears off. If for some reason you want to wash this off, a wet washcloth or a little soap and water will do the trick with no scrubbing necessary.
The scent I picked out was sweet mint and it's the right balance of sugary sweetness and fresh mint scent. It smells delicious, tastes even better and isn't toxic if some gets ingested. With any product, there is always a chance of an allergic reaction so if you have allergies, be sure to check out the ingredient list.
Ingredients: Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Beeswax (Cire D'abeille), Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil*, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Natural Flavor, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Stevia Rebaudiana Leaf/Stem Extract, Tocopherol, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Vaccinium Angustifolium (Blueberry) Fruit Extract, Fragaria Vesca (Strawberry) Fruit Extract, Prunus Persica (Peach) Fruit Extract, Linalool. Organic. Certified Organic by Oregon Tilth.
This balm comes in a nifty egg-shaped container that screws together in the center. It’s small enough to put in a pocket or purse, but because it’s a sphere shape, it’s not really very comfortable to carry in a pants pocket that’s tight.

Follow-up commentary
2 months after original review
My boyfriend loves it when I wear this, which is a plus, because he typically doesn't care for anything flavored on my lips when we're kissing.
Something else worth mentioning is that because of the unique packaging, my lip balm no longer gets lost in a sea of pens, eyeliner, batteries and change at the bottom of my purse. I can just reach in and pull it out almost instantly every time and I have never had the pleasure of saying that about a lip balm before.
I still really love this lip balm and stand by everything I said about it in the original review.
