Dona Sensual Chromotherapy Bath Treatment Review
I like this product and will continue to use it, but it is too expensive. If it is on sale, I might buy it again, but otherwise I won't. The color and fragrance is nice and relaxing and it's fun to see the color of the water change.

Pros
Nice Color
Cons
Expensive
I love to use my Dona Sensual Chromotherapy Bath Treatment. I use it at least once a week. It allows me to relax after a long week and calm down before I go to bed. I bought the Acai scented one and love the smell. I do wish it was a little stronger though. The ingredients listed are: Purified Water (Aqua), Fragrance, PPG-25 Buteth-26, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexlglycerin, May Contain: FD&C Red #40, FD&C Green #4, FD&C Yellow #5, FD&C Yellow #6, FD#C and Blue #1. If you have sensitive skin, you may want to only use a little at a time and see how you react to it.
The color of my Dona Sensual Chromotherapy Bath Treatment is red. To be more specific, I'd say it is the color of blood. It has the consistency of water and pours out really quickly. If you pour it too slowly, it will drip down the side of the bottle and get on your hands. When it gets on your skin, it stains, so make sure you pour it into the water and don't get any on your hands. If you do, soaking it in the bath water will remove it.
Make sure that you store this product in a sealed plastic bag because it will stain whatever it gets on. There are no phthalates or sulfates. The price is very steep for something that looks like it's just water, food coloring and fragrance. I like the product because it turns my water red and smells good, but that's about it. I paid $8.99 and would not pay that much for it again.
When using this product, I like to use Dona Bath Foam, which can also be bought on this website. This product will wash off your skin as you soak in the tub and will not stain your tub.

Experience
The first time I used this product, I spilled it on my legs and it stained. I scrubbed and scrubbed and it wouldn't come off. If you just relax in the bath and soak in the water, it will come off. I always use this product with Dona Bath Foam and I have a review for that too. If you buy this product, make sure it is on sale.
Follow-up commentary
1 day after original review
I am currently using this product as I write this review. I would like to start off saying that I still like the product. Two cap fulls, which is a very small amount, is enough to turn your bath color a medium shade of pink. For darker colors, just add more by the capful.
When opening the bottle and smelling the product, it has an amazing scent, almost like wine. I have the pomegranate scented one. I would like to note that once you pour it in the water the scent fades away. Your bath water will not smell like the bottle when you open it.
On the label of the bottle the product is called "an aphrodisiac infused ritual," but I did not see any aphrodisiac qualities in the Dona Sensual Chromotherapy Bath Treatment, unless you think pink water is an aphrodisiac.
I do still like this product and will continue to use it. I just think that the price is a little steep. Remember, though, a little goes a long way, and you do not need to use a lot to get the desired effect.
