Dona Pheromone Perfume Gel comes in a one ounce glass bottle and rolls on easily over the skin. Although it's labeled as a gel, it rolls on like a liquid. It soaks nicely into the skin and leaves no residue. Cleaning it off is as easy as wiping the rolled-on area with a wet, soapy washcloth.

Your choices in fragrances are Blue lotus, Mangosteen, Acai, Goji berry, Pomegranate, and the one I purchased, Camu Camu. Dona has a bath and beauty line that includes a ton of products, all of which are infused with pheromones. I’ve reviewed a few of them, but the perfume is my favorite. I'll leave the pheromone debate up to you, but as a perfume goes, I enjoy the basic smell, regardless of any extra 'seductive spell' claims.

I enjoy how the scent comes across in this product more than it has in others that I have reviewed. The scent is far from overwhelming. In fact, I wish it lasted longer than it does. After a few hours, I can only smell it by lifting my wrist directly under my nose. To me, it smells of vanilla, the ocean, and even a little musky. It might not smell like that to everyone or on everyone, as scents react to people’s pH balance differently.

Manufactured by System Jo, this perfume is paraben free, cruelty free, and petro chemical free. It's also free of phthalates, sulfates, and triclosan. Those interested in products that are on the safer side as far as testing and chemicals go, here’s one for you.

I think this would make a great gift for anyone you might be buying for. The bottle is pretty, and paired with a few other Dona products you'd have great gift basket on your hands! The only problem you''d have is picking out which products to choose from!

My experience with this perfume went something like this…

I applied it to one of my wrists and a line down my cleavage. I went into the kitchen and found The Husband working on some chicken for dinner. I held out my wrist, asking him to smell it. He wrinkled up his nose and shook his head, obviously not impressed with it.

The Husband: I don’t like it.
Me: Why?
The Husband: I just don’t. It stinks.

I was disappointed, because I liked it. Besides, where are all those pheromones?! So I pulled down my shirt and exposed my cleavage. This alone caught his attention, and he seemed not to care so much about the chicken anymore.

Me: Smell it here.
The Husband: It still stinks. But I like your tits.

Bleh.

Although The Husband wasn't originally fond of this scent, I was. I still wear it around the house and he's even complimented me a few times on how good I smelled when I was wearing it! Of course I never said anything, and he never knew the difference. I'd recommend this roll-on to anyone looking for an interesting new scent.
