The over/under lip conditioner is all around a great product. It provides great hydration and gives your lips a nice plump appearance. You can wear it alone or with your everyday lip color.
The Over/under lip conditioner is a clear conditioning gloss to go over or under your regular lip wear, however it can be used alone too. This lip conditioner might just replace your usual lip balm or chap stick. The smell, taste, and conditioning are amazing. It goes on thin and leaves your lips fully hydrated. Lip conditioner is great for both men and women. On the container are removable stickers, for those who are not a fan of the appearance.
There are some allergy concerning ingredients in this lip conditioner. It should be avoided by those allergic to nuts, since there is Pistachio seed Oil in the mix.
When you twist off the cap you reveal the creamy white colored lip balm. It is thick and filled to the rim. Upon the first touch you notice it is somewhat oily, but super smooth. It is very easy to swirl your finger around to get the desired amount to apply. Once it hits your lips it is amazing. There is no waxy or chunky feel left behind, instead just smooth lick-able gloss. You can feel the hydration going on, but if you rub your lips together many times, you might need to reapply more often, since it absorbs into the lips quickly by rubbing. When on your finger, after applying to your lips, it doesn't leave an oily or greasy feel behind. The conditioner easily wipes off with a dry cloth or rinses off with water.
After reading that the first ingredient was Coconut Oil, I thought for sure it was going to smell like tanning lotion, but was surprised it was like vanilla cake frosting, which even my husband agreed. The smell is strong enough that when putting it on my husband could smell it, but the smell is so wonderful. The smell does dissipate when you are wearing the balm.
The taste is not terrible. I have a bad habit of licking off chap stick and gloss, so I regularly taste these items. This one tastes almost as good as it smells. It does taste like Vanilla.
How long this product lasts depend on a few factors. First off, how often you rub your lips together. If you are consistently doing this, then it will be absorb into your lips faster, so it wouldn't last as long and requires more applying. Second, are you eating or drinking anything? This will cause it to wear off and cause you to reapply it. And Third, are you a lip licker? After so many licks the conditioner will fade away, which causes reapplying. The conditioner lasts about as long as regular chapstick or gloss, but other factors would play into timing. The clean up is simple enough, just wipe with a dry cloth and it will be removed. If you are not satisfied with that removal than use a damp cloth.
I am very happy with this lip conditioner. It leaves my lips lovely and fully hydrated. The conditioner is easy to apply and doesn't leave behind a thick pasty coat. There is nothing about this product I dislike.
The over/under Lip Conditioner comes in a 1/3 oz container with a twist off cap. The cap is black and the container is white. There is a sticker on the top labeling the product and a sticker on the bottom labeling the ingredients.

This is my favorite Not Soap Radio Lip gloss. It's the only one I continue to buy and I keep it around always. The containers last a along time.
