Coochy leaves me soooo smooth!
When you have sensitive skin and need to shave, Coochy is great for protecting the skin from irritation. It also is a nice spa treatment in the shower or bath with its gorgeous scents and thick consistency. Don't go overboard with the Coochy though, a little bit goes a long way! You can also share your Coochy with the man in your life because it's great for those jaw and neck area bumps from his shaving too!

Pros
Thick, luxurious, beautiful scent, super-moisturizing, keeps irritation at bay.
Cons
Small package size, contains alcohol.
I've been using Coochy Shave Creme for as long as I can remember. I was probably 17 years old when I went to my first sex toy party, and that was what I purchased from the sales consultant there. I had forgotten about it after I finished that first bottle and didn't purchase it again for a few years. In the past few years, I've gone back to my Coochy, and I'm so happy that I have.
Coochy Shave Creme is a thick, luxurious creme, perfect for shaving absolutely ANYWHERE at all. Although its name is Coochy, its use is not limited to just the lady bits. It can be used on the legs, underarms, or anywhere else that needs a great, smooth shave. I've even handed it to my ex-husband to use on his face, since it was prone to those red bumps under the jaw line. (There's nothing wrong with a little Coochy on the face!)
I've always used the original unscented variety, but I've recently switched to the Pear Berry scent. I love it because it makes me feel pampered while I shave my legs or anywhere else. The scent of the Pear Berry doesn't last after rinsing, but it's pleasant while it's in use. I'm thinking about trying a different scent next time. I can only imagine how luscious the Blush scent would be.
I love the Coochy for my legs especially, because in the winter they get so super dry. The Coochy helps moisturize while I shave, so it keeps the dryness and irritation to a minimum for me. Coochy comes in a 4 ounce bottle here at EF, which doesn't seem like a lot, but a little bit goes a long way even when using it on large areas of the body like the legs. I'm patiently waiting for the day that EF carries the larger size bottles of Coochy!
Coochy Shave Creme has the consistency and look of a hair conditioner, which is practically what it is. Coochy softens the hair shaft so that there is less pulling when shaving, which in turn means it is easier to shave, and there is less skin irritation. It also protects the skin from being cut with the razor. My only complaint is with the consistency. If I forget to rinse it from my hands and reach to pick something up, I drop it because the Coochy is super slippery. I can't tell you how many times I've dropped the hand-held shower head.
Make sure to check the ingredients for allergies before you order. Coochy contains alcohol; the only thing that I dislike about it is the drying effect that alcohol has on my skin. After moisturizing so well, why add alcohol and dry out a little?
Here are a few more reasons I love Coochy. It's a MADE IN THE USA product! Coochy doesn't test on animals. Coochy is also sugar free, which means it should keep you yeast-infection-free when using it near your lady bits. It's paraben and sulfate free as well!

Experience
Coochy keeps my skin from getting irritated no matter where I choose to shave. The Pear Berry is a beautiful scent, and there are many other scents available. If I go too long between shaving sessions, the Coochy doesn't help as much, but when I keep up on it, it's great!
Follow-up commentary
17 days after original review
Coochy is still my go-to product for shaving!! There are companies that put out very similar products, but I still stick with my Coochy! This winter has been especially drying on my skin, and the Coochy has been an extra little bit of help in keeping me moisturized.
