Pleasure Balm prolonging gel by Kama Sutra does just what it says it will. It delays orgasm during intercourse or any other sexual activity. The mint flavor does produce a strong aroma, but in my opinion is pleasant. The intensity of the gel is just right for me. It is strong enough to effectively delay my orgasms and makes me last longer during sex, but doesn't take away any pleasure. It actually adds to the pleasure of sex to be confident in your ability to hold your orgasm until she is closer. When applied it makes my penis feel cool.
