Blue & White Wonder.
The Acuvibe is a good massager for the fact that it is cordless, and very easy to operate. It does have some things that could be improved. But overall we are very pleased with it, and will purchase it again; if it wears out or breaks.

Pros
Cordless, easy to operate, nice size, smooth head.
Cons
Takes a long time to recharge, some attachment aren't interchangeable with other massagers.
I have wanted to try this for a long time. My wife's favorite toy is the Hitachi Wand. I wanted to see how this would compare.
It is about the same size as the Hitachi wand and about the same weight. But the major advantage is that it is cordless. The cordless feature was great except when it had to be charged. When we first received it you need to charge it for 8 hours. After that you need to run it down once a month according to the instructions that came with it, and charge it for 16 hours once per month. It comes with its own charger and when you plug it in to charge a blue light on the end, will stay on until you unplug it. It would be nice if when fully charged the light would shut off. It will run about 45 minutes on a single charge, and doesn't seem to heat up like the Hitachi. You can use it with the charger attached but the instructions advise against that.
It has 2 speeds like the Hitachi low and high. I don't think it is as powerful as the Hitachi, that can be good or bad depending on what you like. It is a button that is easy to operate you move it forward or backward.
It is packaged like the Hitachi in a box from the 1960's with instructions about massaging every where, except where it feels the best, I think you know where that is.
The head is 2" in diameter so it is smaller than the head on the Hitachi, and the head is smooth not textured like the Hitachi. This makes it easier to cleanup. But with the head being smaller in size, some of the Hitachi attachments won't fit it. Like the Tripod, the other Hitachi attachments off with your head and the Gee Wizard work just fine. We haven't tried any others.
For me I prefer this over the Hitachi, because I don't have the cord to deal with, as often times I'm at the controls. I will share our experiences below.

Experience
I also prefer the Acuvibe for myself, because it doesn't vibrate my cock and balls to death. And when getting a massage in other area's, it doesn't hurt when on high and feels great on low. My wife likes the fact that it is cordless also, but prefers the Hitachi because of it power. Although she likes the head on the Acuvibe better because, when she parts her pussy lips and vibrates her clit, it doesn't make her raw. Since the head is smaller and smooth, I can push it up inside her pussy and she likes that feeling. We wish that all the attachments from the Hitachi would fit both massagers.
Follow-up commentary
2 months after original review
We still enjoy the Acuvibe I like it better than my wife. She swears by the Hitachi Magic Wand, and also because it doesn't offer as many attachments as does the Wand. I like the fact that it is cordless and doesn't pound me to death. Just don't forget to charge it so that it is ready when you are.
