Blissful blue bath
If you're looking for a twist on a relaxing soak in the tub, then a few cap fulls of Dona's chromotherapy bath treatment may be just what you're looking for. It turns your bath water colors (depending on what scent you choose) and the aphrodisiacs may do a little something for you as well as the supposed color therapy, if not, at least you have some pretty smelling colorful water to relax in!

USE
Dona sensual chromotherapy bath treatment is an aphrodisiac infused bath enhancing product relying on the belief that certain colors can affect the sense and overall well being of a person. Each color is supposed to do something different. It is supposed to help relax and arouse. You simply pour it into your bath water until it gets as blue (or whatever color you chose) as you like. Then you just lie back and enjoy a relaxing, pretty, light scented bath! It won't stain your tub, though it will stain your skin if you get it on there, but the water gets it off.
The ingredients are:
Purified Water (Aqua), Fragance, PPG-25 Buteth-26, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexlglycerin, May Contain: FD&C Red #40, FD&C Green #4, FD&C Yellow #5, FD&C Yellow #6, FD#C Blue #1.
TEXTURE/CONSISTENCY
It comes out of the bottle very easily, so be careful when pouring. It's just like water and looks like food coloring. It doesn't make the water feel oily or anything. That pretty much explains the consistency of it; there's nothing more to it.
AROMA
The scent I chose to review is blue lotus. It smells slightly floral but also sweet. Normally I can't do floral scents because of my allergies, but this didn't seem to bother me on a good day. Now, if I woke up and my allergies were bad that day, this wasn't the best choice, and trust me because I used it on a bad day. So as long as I wake up and I'm not feeling that cloudy, groggy feeling, then I can wear the blue lotus scent without a problem. It is a light scent and not too powerful. I like to add it in with the same scent bubble bath and that seems to make the scent stronger. If you want it to stay on your skin throughout the day then I recommend getting the same lotion and perfume gel.
PERFORMANCE
Does it arouse me? No Did it heighten any senses? No. Did it make my bath water smell and look pretty? Yes it did. Was it relaxing? Yes, but when isn't a soak in a hot bath? I like adding in some bubble bath in the same scent- now that's relaxing, pretty smelling water and bubbles. I've laid in the tub for an hour reading a book and the scent lasted the entire time and lightly perfumed my skin, but the scent didn't stick around long. It doesn't stain and it doesn't leave the floor greasy, which is a plus! It took about 4 cap fulls to get the water the color I wanted and that made me realize that there isn't a lot of product in the bottle.
The chromotherapy is a nice, fun touch to a relaxing bath. It smells nice and it makes the water pretty. I don't care for the price and wouldn't buy it all the time, but it's nice to get if there's a sale on it. I didn't feel any different using it than I would if I just took a bubble bath with boring, normal white suds.
