The Hitachi Magic Wand has a legendary status among vibrators, with rave reviews to be found all over the Web, not to mention - probably most famously - years of endorsement by sex education pioneer, Betty Dodson. Having said that, this product is not for everyone.

It is big, and loud , for some it may be too powerful. Not much can be done about its size. The loudness can be muffled a little by placing a blanket or even a pillow on top. But fortunately, the powerful vibrations can be toned down quite easily by placing a barrier between the Hitachi and its recipient - a folded up hand towel can work well, because it can be folded up further or unfolded as required to adjust its thickness.

This product is renowned for delivering orgasms to those who have found it difficult to orgasm. For that reason alone, it deserves a big thumbs up. But if you come more easily, don't think that the Hitachi Magic Wand isn't for you - it is also very useful if you need a vibrator to get yourself off quickly when you are pressed for time.

I know it has been said that this product is only suitable for US-style power sockets.
