Another fantastic beexwax product.
A cute candle with a nice storage tin is more than meets the eye. Beewax burns cleaner, last longer and smells wonderful. I love this candle, but the care for beewax might be more than some are looking for.

Pros
Long lasting, great smell, cotton wick, lead free
Cons
price and slight discoloration
A few weeks back I had the opportunity to review Beeswax aromatherapy pillar candle by Bluecorn Naturals, and after testing out the candle I am pleased to say I just love it.
As expected it came to my house in a discreet box with quick shipping, from “Web Merchants”. It was minimally packaged just wrapped in brown paper. It is not a fragile product so it didn't require more than that. Not only less packaging, but also all the packaging is recyclable! The candle sits in a nice durable tin with simple labeling. When you're done burning down the candle you can place the tin in boiling water and remove excess wax to salvage the tin. It's the perfect size to catch all your runaway desk trinkets.
I received the “Uplifting” scent so my candle came with a daffodil colored label with both black and white print on it. It is supposed to smell like a combination of lavender, geranium, and tangerine. The strongest scent is the lavender. The geranium and tangerine seem to soften and sweeten the sharp smell of the lavender. I find it overall pleasing without being overpowering. I feel that a lot of paraffin candles are too strong for me and tend to smell like “chemical”. This candle has an earthy scent to it and doesn't smell like it was made in a laboratory, instead by nature. I leave the top of the tin off and keep it by my dresser drawer, so my clothes smell amazing. When burning it I feel the smell is strong enough to fill larger rooms, like my living room. I love it for burning while taking a bath as it burns very bright. It burns so brightly because of its cotton wick. It creats a very nice and warm glow so I perfer to use it as a mood setter candle. I positively love this candle and hope to see more beeswax on Eden Fantasy.
It is six ounces, two and three quarters in width, one and three quarter in height with a burn time of about fifteen hours. I recommend burning it for two hours at a time to keep the candle healthy. This is a lot longer than paraffin candles, but they burn much slower because of the melt time. The wax itself is a cantalope color with a slight discoloration throughout as all beeswax candles are. No two candles will be same! Like a snowflake but made by bees. Bluecorn Naturals does filter their beeswax so you get no impurities in it, but this doesn't affect the coloration.
Care for this candle
You will need to trim the wick, to keep it burning brightly. To do this you will need a good pair of scissors. Any type of scissors will work if they are sharp, but I perfer to use medical or hair trimming scissors. Do not clip to short it will burn out. You will only need to trim where there is build up or it begins to curl to keep the candle healthy. The wick is made of cotton and it is much thicker than paraffin candle wicks and doesn't have a lead or metal core!
This candle should be burned a minimum of two hours at a time to keep it from “digging a hole” in the wax.
Safety disclaimer. Use candle common sense! Do not burn unattended. Do not burn near flammable shit like your curtains, face, or gasoline soaked papers. Don't play with matches kids! Lastly please don't try to eat this. I don't think it would kill you, but I don't think it is good for you either.

Experience
I live in a home where allergies are a presistant problem. We run several air filters, dusting is an everyday activity and we do not introduce any unnatural fragrances as they normally irritate the problem. We do not use chemical cleaners, laundry soap or perfumes as these are allergens in the home. I haven't had any issues with this product in regards to allergies. It leaves the house smelling wonderful without making anyone else miserable.
Follow-up commentary

I love this candel. Even though I burn this two hours at a time it still is going strong. I am sure I will have this for quite a long time. I am keeping the wick trimmed so its still burning very brightly.
