An Okay Shave Cream
The Ultra Moisturizing Shave Cream made by Evolution of Smooth is not especially bad, but it's not especially great, either. Personally, I’ll be passing on this one from now on, but you might just love it. It does have some great things going for it.

Not very moisturizing
The Ultra Moisturizing Shave Cream made by Evolution of Smooth is 100% free of parabens, phthalates, and sulfates. It also contains natural ingredients such as shea butter, aloe, oat, and vitamins E and C to benefit your skin.
Evolution of Smooth makes some really awesome products. The organic lip balm keeps my lips perfectly smooth and moisturized, and the hand and body lotion keeps the skin on the rest of my body soft as well. This should be expected from a company that calls themselves Evolution of Smooth.
In comparison to the awesomeness of the other Evolution of Smooth products, I find the Ultra Moisturizing Shave Cream to be a bit disappointing. It's not especially bad, but it's not especially great, either. I quite like the scent of the Lavender one, but if you’re looking for a really great shave cream, Coochy Shave Cream is miles ahead of this stuff. I always shave in the shower, but I imagine that for someone who does shave dry that this product may receive a more favorable reaction, as it might have more time to absorb into the skin.
Like the lotion, this shave cream also contains shea butter and aloe, but I don’t feel like it absorbs into me, rather it just sits on top of my skin before it washes down my shower drain. It doesn’t do much for me in the way of moisturizing. The shave cream comes in a tall bottle with a pump top and a cap, which makes it very easy to use. The front of the bottle contains general product information, as well as the Evolution of Smooth logo. The back of the bottle contains more detailed information, including a list of ingredients. Each bottle contains 7 fl oz of product. The cream itself is neither especially thick nor especially thin. It's more creamy than foamy, and it spreads quite well.
Overall, this shave cream is okay. It's not the best, but I certainly wouldn't say it was the worst, either.
