Although it's a little pricey, I think that this is a nice product. I would recommend it to others and I enjoy using it myself. I wish it had a little more moisturizing potential. I also want to know exactly what's in it, and will have to contact the manufacturer directly for that information. I'm giving it a three for its amazing fragrance, but it loses stars because I feel like it's a bit overpriced and I cannot read the label. And though I wouldn't bash the product, I'm not whistling Dixie.

Pros
Fragrance is nice. Lathers well. Cleanses well. Doesn't dry out my skin.
Cons
Label cannot be read, so ingredient list is a mystery. A little expensive.
Not Soap Radio's Island Hopping foaming cleanser has a lot of different uses! You can use it as a bubble bath, for those nights when the day has stressed you to no end, and all you want is an aromatic steaming soak in the tub. It can also be used as a shower gel, for a quick escape to the tropics. Or, if you already have a favorite tub-time bubble maker and body cleanser, you can use it as hand soap in the bathroom or kitchen. With my short hair, I've even used it in a rush as a shampoo.
Most of the ingredients are natural, so you should be okay for the most part, but it MAY contain glycerin, so if you're prone to infections, I would recommend not using this around your vagina and using a cleanser free of glycerin for that special area. More details about the ingredients to come in "Packaging."
The thickness of the liquid soap is thick enough to stay in one spot on your skin for several moments, but runny enough to mix with water for sudsing easily enough. It pours easily straight from the bottle if you decided to remove the pump for baths. Without any water on the soap, it is tacky. This, to me, tells me that it is not too watered down, which is a positive for soap, I think!
It's winter here, so when I received this, it was very cold. It smelled a little differently at first than when it warmed to room temperature. When it arrived and I smelled it, it had a very coconutty smell. It was pleasant, but I thought it was far too sweet. Once the liquid reached room temperature, it took on a much more subtle aroma. The coconut faded into the background and, instead, I was greeted with the much more exotic fragrances of lemongrass and verbena. This pleases me greatly because it complements a perfume I own that is simply lemongrass and verbena.
Unless I've said something naughty, I have no reason to have soap in my mouth, so this was not sampled orally.
I do find that I need at least two pumps of the liquid to get a good, foamy lather on my loofah, but I'm okay with that. I think it lathers well and cleanses well. I have very dry skin, so even though "Organic Aloe Ba--" (I'll get into this soon) is the first ingredient, this doesn't leave my skin feeling particularly moisturized. On the plus side, it doesn't make my skin any drier than it was to begin with, so "average moisturizing capabilities" is what I'm going to go with here! It rinsed away quite well, but I find that the fragrance is so subtle that it washes away with the lather. Mr has not hugged me after a shower and made mention of the fragrance, which leads me to believe that it's too subtle on my skin for him to notice.
The bottle came in a plastic bag, that, I assume EF packagers put it in to prevent leaks. It's a clear, 16 ounce, pump-style bottle. You have to unscrew the pump to begin using your product. There is a yellow, pink, and blue sticker label on it affixed to the bottle. The front says, "I'm not here, I'm really Island Hopping." It also has a little blurby poem about exotic locales. My biggest qualm about the bottle/label is that the ingredient list has white lettering. Quite simply, I cannot read most of the ingredient list. It does vary a bit from what EF has listed on its product page; however, I cannot tell you how it differs. I even went to the company's website, but the product page for that this product does not list any ingredients, which is disappointing. So before, when I said that it MAY contain glycerin? I'm not sure if it does or not. According to EF it does, and so to be on the safe side, I would base your decision on where to use this product based on that presumption.
Personally, this is not the most amazing soap I've ever used. However, I do think it's a pretty great product and would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a daily body wash that comes in a generous bottle and smells nice. I think that at the price tag it comes at, I would like it to be a little more moisturizing, but, overall, it's not the worst bang for your buck.
Follow-up commentaryI've started to like it more5 months after original review
I've been using this daily for the past six months. I have gotten to the point where I absolutely love it. I love the fresh, clean smell and I like that it rinses with little residue. It's not moisturizing to the point where I actually can go sans lotion, but let's face it, I have hard water and super dry skin. There's not a cleanser made that allows that. (And I dare you to try if you're in the biz.)
I never did find the ingredients list, but I didn't end up digging too deep either.
