A Solution To All Those Cold Nights!
This is the best little warmer I've come across. It's easy to activate, and easy to deactivate. I suggest buying more than one, in case you feel lazy and do not want to boil the one you have right away. It makes a great gift.

-Does get very hot at first
This is a fabulous little heart warmer. It's a vinyl heart with a solution inside (depending on which color you chose it will be Pink, Red, or Purple), and this little metal disk, that looks to be the size of a penny. The instructions state to activate, simply grasp the little disk, and snap it back and forth. You'll notice the solution getting crystalized, and starting to heat up. It takes about 10 minutes to fully become activated. As it first starts to heat up, squish the crystals around, that way when you go to use this, it's a little more pliable.
After about 45 minutes to an hour, the massager will become cold and hard. To bring it back to the way this was before you activated, simply boil the heart massager in water for seven to ten minutes. You will need to wrap it within a dish towel when you boil it, to protect it. Remove the massager with tongs, and let it sit til it cools down (about ten or so minutes). Once it is cooled, you can reactivate, or simply store for next time you want to warm up, or need a massage, or simply need this for pain relief.
To clean this, all you need to do is wipe it down with a soapy washcloth, and rinse well. It cleans very easily.
If you are needing pain relief (toothaches, ear aches, etc.), I recommend that you set a washcloth (dry) between you and the warmer at first. This will get hot, and you do not need a burn.
Some ideas that you can use for your Heart Warmer are: massages (this is great!!!), breast engorgement (when first starting to breast feed), period cramps, ear infections or toothaches, hand warmers (for walking or hunting), the list goes on and on!

Experience
I've used this handy little heart warmer so many times since I recieved it. It's amazing for aches and pains. I keep it in my room at night since my husband likes to make the room -10 with the fans at night (even though it is summery weather), I get cold and within a few minutes I have a nice warm heart to cuddle up with. My favorite way to use this is with massage oils. It just slides over your skin and really works out the knots in your back. A great intro into stone massages!

Still works as well as the very first day that it arrived! I highly recommend this for everyone. I have gotten a few for gifts and the recipients have all raved about these as well.
