A Smart Cleaning Choice
Spray cleaners shouldn't be a complete substitution for soap and water, but the ones that work well usually require you to rinse them off after use. This one does, and it leaves your toys feeling squeaky clean and ready for action.

Pros
Smells good, Leaves your toys clean
Cons
I really can't think of any right now, other than to say it's not a replacement for soap and water
Evolved is expanding their product line, now including cleaners! Since I have a nasty habit of misplacing things (like my previous toy spray), I usually end up with multiples of things like that. So after my last one went missing, I bought this.
The bottle is really nice; 6 1/2" tall, holding a very nice 4 ounces, and not "out there" with its design. It does have the brand name and mention that it's a misting toy sanitizer, but there's nothing embarrassing on it. The side does make mention that it's free of glycerin(e), parabens, petrolium by-products, sls, ethylene oxide, and other carcinogens. It also contains an ingredient list (triclosan - an antibacterial and antifungal agent, disodium cocoamphodiacetate - generally an amber liquid with a fruity scent that is commonly used in shampoos and skin cleansing products, sodium trideceth sulfates - acts as a cleansing agent and sometimes foams, propylene glycol - used in hand sanitizers, antibacterial lotions, and saline solutions; citric acid - a preservative, phenoxyethanol - often used as a bactericide in lotions and sunscreens, and purified water - water that has been purified) as well as directions. According to them, you should remove the batteries from the toy, spray it onto a clean damp cloth, gently scrub the surface thoroughly, and rise with warm water afterwards. There's even an expiration date. Being purchased in July of 2011, it's good until May of 2014.
I can't quite place what the scent of this reminds me of. It's almost like Windex, but not quite. Almost a little sweeter smelling. It hasn't left a scent on any of my harder toys, but on a few silicone ones there was a hint of it left behind.
It's completely clear and sprays out in a nice conical pattern. While the directions state to spray it onto a damp cloth, I've been spraying mine directly on my toys and they haven't come out any worse for wear. On toys, it sort of looks like it foams up a bit. It does spread around nicely and wipes off nicely as well. It does leave behind a slightly greasy film (at least on skin), so you should definitely follow the directions when they say to rinse the toy off. When you spray, you get a pretty decent amount of cleaner with each pump. This is both good and bad because on the one hand, you'll know your toy is getting a thorough clean, but on the other hand it's easy to end up using too much.
This spray cleaner (like pretty much all of them) will work the best on smooth surfaces. Anything with a lot of texture or anything that's had a chance to dry on might take a little more work to get clean.

Experience
At first, I was a little irritated that I found my other cleaner the same day this showed up. But then I used it and decided that I liked it a little better as an overall product. It does more than the other while being a whole dollar cheaper for the same amount of cleaner. I don't necessarily like having to rinse my toys after I've cleaned them, and I admit I've been slacking a bit when it comes to that, but so far (knock on wood) I haven't had any problems. I do rinse my insertables off though. I'll keep using them both until they're empty, but this one I'll replace when it's gone.
