A Hot Heart
This is a great warming device. It works wonderfully on your sore muscles and for cramps. You can even use it for a hand warmer in the winter months.

Hot heart
The Hot heart massager is a very versatile warming pack. It can be used for massages but I actually purchased one and then came back for more. It is great when you have a sore neck or thigh or sore muscles. It can be used for menstrual cramps. It can be put on your sore forearms from typing too much. If you live in an area where it gets really cold, you have a hand warmer.
The hot heart is a soft plastic PVC. Once it is hot it really doesn't glide across the skin very well. The PVC has a low safety rating but this is not a toy for insertion. There are no smells or tastes to this massager. It is easy to hold on to and if it gets to warm you wrap it in a dishtowel or wash cloth.
The Hot heart is 3 inches by 3 inches. It is actually a liquid or a gel that is activated by bending a small metal disc in the liquid. The metal disc then causes the liquid to solidify and get warm. The liquid is more of a hot pink to red color that turns a light pink when it solidifies. The heat that is caused is hot but not overwhelming. When I used it on my shoulders I didn't use a cloth barrier.
Once you have activated it, the heat lasted approximately 20 minutes and then it really started to cool down. If you want to use it again you need to boil it for approximately 7 to 10 minutes to cause the crystals to go back to a liquid, it will then solidify again and put off heat. You cannot place it in the microwave which would be more convenient but since it has the metal disc you may actually blow the dang thing up.
When you Boil it be sure to not let it touch the sides or bottom of the pan as the PVC could melt through and you would have quite a mess.
Of course the packaging states not to bite into it, don't let children and pets play with it. I actually have a desire to bite into it but it says not to.
You can use this one with no lube or some water based lubes. To clean it up I just washed it off with some antibacterial soap and water on a washcloth. It doesn't look anything like a "sex" object. It is just a nice warmer. It feels good. I don't think that I would travel with it unless I was taking a new one because boiling it would be an issue.
The box is thin and opens at the top and the massager slides out, it is in a plastic bag to protect it.
