Useful and Fun!
This is a super calendar, whether you plan to hang it up on the wall or keep it out of others' sight. It reminds me of the community here and makes me smile whenever I look at it.

Pros
Price, Photos taken by members of the community, Plenty of space to write notes
Cons
Nothing, except it would be nice to identify which contributors the pictures came from
When Eden Fantasys released their community calendar for 2012, I at first overlooked it, thinking it was "just a calendar." How exciting can that be, right? While it's true that acquiring the calendar was short of a life changing experience for me, I'm glad I finally did. This is a store-quality calendar for a great price or free (as a gift with an order.) What is so special about this calendar is that the photos for each month were submitted from members of the community. There is no real theme to the pictures, but that didn't bother me. I really enjoyed looking through all the pictures. *Note: if you're concerned, there is no nudity, sex toys or anything of a sexual nature displayed in the pictures.
The paper is fairly thick and the photos are glossy and high quality. The pages are standard letter size, 8.5" x 11". There is a hole cutout for hanging the calendar on the wall, and the paper does not curl up on the sides when you hang the calender. There is ample space in the daily boxes for writing in appointments or events. However, there are no extra pages on which to write notes. Each month not only has a photo, but a quote that goes along with it. For example, January's is "Driving is a spectacular form of amnesia. Everything is to be discovered, everything to be obliterated." -Jean Baudrillard. I won't give everything away and tell you what all the photos and quotes are--you'll just have have to order one and find out for yourself!
Another nice feature of the calendar is all the holidays that are printed on different days. There are even some fun, made-up ones. Nerd pride day, talk-like-a-pirate-day, etc. On the very last two pages the whole year is laid out in months so you can see any given date/day of the week. On the back of the calendar there is a blurb explaining that the calendar is made up of members' photos.
I think it would be nice to know which contributors the photos came from. That is the only thing I would like to change about the calendar. Other than that, it's great!

Experience
I chose to keep my calendar in a drawer because I didn't want guests to potentially see the EF logo and find out that I'm into toys. I may consider putting it in my bedroom.

Still have it, don't use it much anymore though. I would be interested to know if Eden is making a 2013 calendar.
