Cons
Short
Chapter 1 is a short one that provides you with very brief sections on why we are interested in oral sex, the intimacy behind oral sex and the importance of oral sex. For those that are intimidated by the thought of oral sex, this chapter provides a way to ease into the subject. It is a welcoming chapter that relaxes you and makes you want to read more. Chapter 2 gives a quick anatomy lesson and a rundown of “what happens when she gets hot and horny.” Chapter 3 is where the book picks up for those who have performed oral sex before, offering new positions (with illustrations) and variations, or a starting point for newcomers. Some of the positions are easy, “standard” positions while some other ones require more physical strength and flexibility such as the Standing 69.
While many think oral sex is just foreplay leading to bigger events like intercourse, Chapter 4 zones in on oral sex being a main event, offering ideas from foreplay to your oral sex endeavors such as music, role-playing, etc. Chapter 5 and 6 in my opinion could have been combined but they do work well separated as they are. The first focuses on techniques while Chapter 6 talks about enhancements like lubricants, vibrators/dildos, restraints, and others. Chapter 7 focuses on sacred sex. It details Yoni (vulva) kisses and how sacred sex is not only for personal and spiritual growth but also bringing lovers together for a more passionate sex life. Chapter 8 is the most important if you have any reservations about oral sex. It covers multiple physiological worries and how to get over them.
Once again, Chapters 8 and 9 could have been combined as Chapter 9 covers perceptions of genitals such as looks, smell and taste and some concerns about these things. The next chapter is by far the most important as it deals sexual communication covering everything from what you like, to STDs, to talking dirty. The final chapter of the book deals with maximizing her orgasmic potential. This covers multiple orgasms, different hot spots for different women, and tips on how to maximize her responses.

Experience
Although having experimented with oral sex before reading this book, there were things throughout the book that were new or made me take another look at things I've done before. Another thing the book taught me was about the history and cultural perceptions of oral sex, and such things such as sacred sex that was detailed in Chapter 7. It was worth the read and I would recommend it to someone who is unsure about whether oral sex is for them or not.

"Cons: short." Am curious: will it teach my man anything he doesn't already know? I suppose only getting it will find it.
