SPEED is the largest most epic porn/film I've seen since Pirates. There's a reason it's also the assignment that has taken me the longest to write. There are four fucking discs to this monster. While I do think that is complete overkill, I can also see someone appreciating getting a good bang for their buck even if it takes hours upon hours to sift through. Produced by Wicked, SPEED is directed by award winner and fave of mine, Brad Armstrong. He even has a scene in the film. Join him and a firework filled cast of over 40 adult film performers in eleven sex scenes! There is even a 16 person orgy. Add to that some bike stunt riding, big time Hollywood effects, and an interesting story, it's pretty easy to overlook the less than great acting at times. All that doesn't even include the hours of extra footage, extra scenes, and interviews. I'd recommend this film to a mostly male audience because the scenes really seemed to be geared that way. There is girl-on-girl and some anal, but the majority of the film only has hardcore outfits making up the "hardcore" scenes.

For this review, I won't be going into as much detail for the scenes/plot. Since this is a film porn, I don't want to give too much away and it would take FOREVER...

Basically the film is about a gal who gets out of prison after taking the rap for her cheating scum bag of a boyfriend. There is a gang war going on between three groups - the Asians, Whites, and Blacks... no joke. It's broken up by race. With a side undercover investigation also going on at the same time that has something to do with the release of one of the main characters fathers, the story can get a bit lost and confusing. Put in simple terms, this film is about a gal finding her way out of the lifestyle that got her in jail and at the same time, finding new love. Yea...

The cast is great, but I would have chosen different people for the leads. The acting comes and goes, but good for a porn none the less.

The scenes are awesome. It's even more impressive when you watch the behind the scenes. They shut down a bridge for this movie!

With a film that is practically 3 hours long, it's hard to watch all at once. It's not like this is LOTR and Elijah is up on the screen! LOVE. It took me a LONG time to watch this. I can't say with certainty that I have even watched all at once with no breaks. There are some really hot scenes, but as a whole, I am a bit overwhelmed with this. It's far too long to be a film that you sit down with a partner or group of people to watch. There is a bit too much of a break between the sex scenes and some of them are also too long (the orgy for example). I think that if this was cut down, it would have seemed a lot more polished and as "pavement pounding" as they wanted it to be.

I still think this film is pretty awesome because of its production, uniqueness, and cast, but it has more of a niche audience than Pirates does, for example. In terms of the scenes, there is a good variety of people in the scenes (didn't use the same ones over and over), but a lot of the motions seemed the same. I was also annoyed by the fact that almost all the girls were really fake, and I mean overly fake to the point that there are un-ignorable boob implant issues that really grossed me out... o.o - I won't mention names. It would have been awesome to see more variety in the BODY types and looks of the girls. The same gal looks + the same formula to most of the sex scenes makes it boring at times.

A few of the scenes were hot enough, but weren't necessary to the story. They seemed like they were added only to include a certain cast member (Tori and Manual, for example - I love them, but it took away from the story). Also, for those who don't like condoms, they use them in every scene for this film. That means most of the happy endings are facials or similar.

So enough complaining. This film has great production quality, an exciting storyline if you can follow it, lots of big names, a great look, and tons to choose from. It still gets a solid 3 stars from me because of the huge amount of effort put into this. I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could. For me, the length and excess of unnecessary things is what distracted me from the best parts of this porn. There really can be too much of a good thing...

The packaging is also pretty cool, but can be cumbersome. It comes in a huge cardboard box that stands up like a stand. It comes with a sticker too. It's a really cool presentation, but thank God for the regular box because this would be a bitch to store otherwise.
