Shh.. Don't Call your Safe Word...
While I wasn't as impressed as I was with the prequel, "Carrie's Story", this novel was still a great book in itself. You get to follow Carrie as she tells the story of her year away from Johnathan while she was with a Master who strictly trained her, trained her as a pony girl, and made her serve with other submissives.

Pros
Great story, get a Dominant's and submissive's viewpoint, human pony racing, perfect length.
Cons
The switching points of view can get a little confusing.
Experience
Great novel. I ended up reading it at college between classes. (Oops?) Pretty attention-grabbing, and it kept me thinking about the plot long after I'd put the book down.
I should also add that this novel is pretty gender-inclusive. It includes female and male Dominants as well as female and male submissives.

This is the sequel to the book "Carrie's Story" and while I haven't read it again, the book itself has affected some of my BDSM preferences. I absolutely love some of the ideas presented in here, and this has been responsible for most of my interest in pony play. It has safe BDSM practices and the surprise ending is pretty awesome.
Having been read once, the book is still in great condition. None of the pages are bent, the pages aren't yellowing, and the spine still looks great. It definitely holds up well to being read.

This sounds interesting, I might have to pick up a copy.
J's Alley: They make the pony aspect so sensual and hot really. I've been interested in it now since reading it, and I never thought I'd be interested. It makes it look even cooler in this book. Giant pony races.
Good review!
