Reptitive word usage and just kinda meh...
Not amazing but... Not terrible. It is a fun, kinky world to read about and enjoy for what it is. Plus it is a fabulous twist on the Sleeping Beauty fairy tale we all know.

Pros
Quick read.
Cons
Crummy writing style.
I hated this book series, I tried to read it twice and only ever got about half way through "Beauty's Punishment" (which is the 2nd book in the trilogy).
This is a book series written by Anne Rice under the pen name of A.N. Roquelaure, I figured "Hey I liked 'Interview with a Vampire', maybe I will like these books, they are about kinky stuffs WOOT!" but not so much. I found the writing to be very repetitive, and it's not a challenging read. Now I will admit fully that I LOVE the concept behind the story. Prince Charming coming and claiming Sleeping Beauty as his slave... Oh yeah HOT!
In the world that this story is set in, one kingdom in particular, Ruled by the Queen Eleanor, is particularly fond of having slaves, pleasure slaves that is. Many of the neighboring kingdoms send young prince and princesses to be trained at the hands of Queen Eleanor and her court. The Prince (Queen Eleanor's son) takes a particular shining to Beauty and awakens her with not just a kiss but a passionate deflowering, then sweeps her away to his kingdom to be trained up as his personal slave... I won't keep going because I will end up telling you the whole story here, and well you should really just read the books.
While I may not have cared for them much, they aren't as bad as I make them out to be. It's just not my preferred style of writing. So I will rephrase my opening line and say that I just didn't care for the way it was all written.
Would I recommend these books to anyone? Maybe maybe not...It would really depend on the person I was talking to. Some of my friends are even more picky about writing styles than I am. Like I said though it is a fun rendition of the story of Sleeping Beauty.

Experience
Quick reads, but honestly couldn't stand the writing style to get through the 2nd book. Sad but true!

While I have found a little love for these books, I still don't really care much for them. Sorry, Anne Rice.
