I have always been an ass smacker. From the playful style that you see in sports to full on impact play with a very heavy paddle, I love it all. Sadly, I can't have my ass smacked because of a surgery that I had a number of years ago. When my ass is smacked, it causes extreme pain because of the surgery. I know that I would be into having my ass smacked if that hadn't happened.

But because I do love giving a hard smack to a playmate's ass, I picked up Bottoms Up to find myself something to read while my husband was at work. It came out in 2009 and is written by a number of authors. People like Tess Danesi, Dominique Dunbar, Claire Spencer and Alison Tyler all contribute their works to this book.

To be honest, this book is hits and misses. There is some of the stories that are very well written, deep and very very hot. But there are some that just seem dry and are way to short to actually get my juices going. those are the ones that just seem rushed and that the authors are just writing to fill space in a book and to get money.

But when the stories are good, they are truly wonderful. They are so sexy and powerful in the impact that its hard not to get going even in a room full of people. One of the really well done ones is "A Firm Understanding" by Elisabeth Coldwell. Here's an example a part that really stood out to me; "but as he turned and walked out of my office, I couldn't help but admire the way his jeans clung to his firm buttocks and imagine how they might look, naked and glowing, after they received a thorough paddling."

But the duds aren't even worth the time to read.

I think over all, it's a good and hot book. The bad stories you will find with in a few sentences and you can just pass those up.

One of my playmates has wondered off with this book. But he is totally into ass play. I'll get the book from him when I need it.
